Ahhh that was so satisfying! I'm so excited about this story, I get so giddy every time I see you updated. I love the way you sneak in song lyrics, it makes me picture Pete actually sitting and writing those songs, thinking of Maddie and all that crap with Jeanie, it's so immersive. It really feels like you're capturing these songs that I've loved for years and it just makes it that much better. Also the way Maddie does these cute little things that drive Pete crazy, like the kisses on the neck, and holding his hand, they're adorable. And I'm sure she has no idea what it does to him, either, which just makes it that much better. Gah, I love this story and your writing through and through. Maddie is my favorite protagonist in a story in a long time. She's patient, and kind, and loyal to her friends, and she has such a good heart. Sorry for rambling but I'm just overflowing with praise for this story!

I was going to write the whole prom night into this chapter but it would have been insane long so I had to make you wait :)

This chapter was so cute. Lol I want them to make up, but I also want Pete to work for it a little, you know? But they're getting back to their adorable selves. Prom night = romance, right? Ahh I can't wait for the next update!
