@ Chyrsta121 There actually is one started but life really got in the way. I just finished an original erotic fiction though. I will make an effort to finish the Adam sequel. Thank you for the push and your interest.
@ FootieJo Thank you for your support. I'm glad you enjoyed the story.
I wanted Angel to pass believing that Adam would come for her even though we know he didn't. I reckon that Adam's story will show quite a different side to him than we've seen up until now.
@ xxoomwauhzxxoo The key to the lockbox was in the envelope that Angel gave to Amanda to add to the trust binder. He could have broken into it but that would have been hard to do. Like you said, you can't live your life on what if's...
If anything, the situation should definitely teach everyone to trust their instincts. If I write another story, it will be interesting to see who learns that lesson and who doesn't.
Thanks so much for your support and happy reading.
@ FootieJo There were signs in the story that pointed to some deeper health issues. Angel was out of breath frequently and having pain in her arm. I never mentioned which arm but it was definitely the left. If I had noted it was the left, it may have given things away sooner than I wanted. There was also Angel's OB visit where she learned that her blood pressure was high again but she didn't ever tell anyone that.
The more I think about it, the more I want to write Adam's story. We'll see.
@ xxoomwauhzxxoo Unfortunately, it may never come out how Angel knew about Pat and Val. If I do Adam's story, I may drop something in there but I'll have to think about it.
Angel's nausea was mostly due to the second pregnancy but she was doing poorly at that time so it could have been for other reason as well.
I think I vaguely remember Angel saying that but forgot about it. I didn't even think about that with pat and Amanda. I forget angels memory is limited. Amanda is strong to know he's lying but not immediately go ballistic. Thanks for shedding light. That's true. Adam made food for her a lot but she was throwing up part of it. I guess the sickness really just was too deep w without professional help
@ xxoomwauhzxxoo What happened will definitely wake everyone up.
I'm not sure if you recall, but back in book one, Angel eludes to Jon that Pat and Val have gone further than even Jon realized but I never really expanded on that. Angel's health in book one overshadowed that. Assume Amanda realizes Pat is lying because Angel wouldn't have remembered that, she would have had to have known that from recently but we don't know how and likely never will. (I had had intentions of writing a spin-off of Pat and Val while I was still writing book one, but Angel and Adam's story unfolded instead.)
The boys, minus Adam, were oblivious to Angel's health and Angel didn't allow the girls or Adam to help her. Adam did try to help, he constantly fed her, but no one, not even Adam really, knew how far Angel's health had deteriorated.
I may even continue on with Adam's story and even further with a story for Carmie but both are just thoughts right now. We shall see.
Sucks the most for Adam and carmie. Everyone is a circle of cheaters in this story! I cant believe pat is still cheating! Hopefully he stops after this! Like he doesn't deserve Amanda and jon doesn't deserve Lindsey. It is sad that nobody tried harder for Angel. Like they watched her wither away.
@ FootieJo Did Angel know what was happening to her? We might or might not ever know. But I agree, what happened was not Adam's fault. It wasn't anyone's fault.
