This is good. You have perfectly captured the scenario of such a vulgar capture and torture, not to mention
the killing scene, and the protagonist's reaction to both of them is vivid and oddly realistic. I enjoy the narration style you're using; it flows very smoothly. Your descriptions aren't over-the-top as some people make it. Everything is serious and structured well. I'm not familiar with Hugo in general, but I found this on the Leave a Comment, Take a Comment section of this website. Your choice of a German title captured my attention; it deviates from typical titles and is therefore interesting.
I also found myself relating to the protagonist in the second chapter, what with her reaction to what is taking place. Her narration is analytical and stating the facts in a manner that is almost mechanical. She sees what is happening as it is, and it works. Typically, I wouldn't be drawn to such content for reading material, but I must say, you've done a stellar job. *high five*
