I think this story is such an enjoyable read. You've developed some realistic characters who are so easy to love despite the dark pasts they have. Handling drink driving the way you did was very well done too. It was dark and hard-hitting, and really makes you think about the damage it can cause. I'm also enjoying how your characters personalities are recoverable, if that makes sense? They might have done wrong or been through bad stuff, but they are the sort of people who you want to see recover and become better from it. Basically, I'm really rooting for them.

(I apologise if my comment makes little sense. I am really loving this story and I wasn't sure how to put into words the aspects that I love so much)

I actually really like this story a lot. I wasn't sure how I would feel about it after the first chapter because it could have gone a completely different route, but I'm pretty happy with what you have done here. Keep up the good work.

No worries at all. I completely understand that it's not your type of read. Just wanted to comment and thank you for the feedback since I really do appreciate it!! :)

I don't know that I'll read more because this isn't really the type of story I prefer to read, but this is decently well-written; the characters feel and sound like real people, and you have a real knack for capturing tone. And you have a knack for creating characters that are likeable, like, I probably won't read more in all honesty, but I am rooting for Logan and Luke already.

You already have me hooked. I liked getting the back story without it dragging on. I think you nailed it nicely, and the compromise between fast and slow is a good choice. It has a very authentic feel to it. I can't wait to see where the story goes.

Wow, what a very sad start to the story. Don't get me wrong, I loved this chapter. I loved the relationship you built up for the reader between the main character and his best friend. I really enjoyed reading the childhood stories they shared back and forth. The porn story made me laugh a lot. I really can't wait to see where you tsake this.
