I actually went back and read it again XD Some of the best chapters come from moments of hair and nail pulling and this proves it And Knauss is too adorable and innocent! There's just so much he doesn't even know yet. Bain is just amazing. He has his own air of innocence and shyness when it comes to Knauss which gives them so much chemistry!

Ah! I feel like I'm answering so late because I was just absorbing this comment haha! Thanks so much, I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed this last chapter since it was like pulling nails to get done (for some reason they really had trouble just kissing!)
Also poor Knauss, his knowledge of the world is basically Sesame Street and a kingpin's brother lol!

Mdjduxbdbduxjdnxj you're trying to kill I swear! These two are beyond adorable I can't handle it. THEY KISSED OH MER GOD! I'm so fucking happy right now you don't even know lol They KISSED and I was squealing then they fucking say "where'd you learn that?" "Not Sesame Street". I laughed so hard my BF had to ask if I was okay. I'm still crying. XD

Ah! Thank you so much! I really tried hard to make this my own story, I got inspiration from a lot of different places.

I've also already got the next part planned and hopefully it won't take too long to get posted. Comments like this really help me want to keep writing!

Haha! I know right, my friend has been begging me for them to touch since I started writing. Finally gotten past that hump, hopefully things should progress quicker now.

And yeah, unfortunately I think Knauss would believe in a swift death rather than letting her suffer.

The slow-burn lets me actually learn about the characters.

This story is coming to me a bit slower now but I'm definitely working hard to finish it, I'm glad the slow burn wasn't a complete turn-off, I really wanted to make it realistic.

I read your story in one go!

It's great that Knauss was slow in trusting Bain, it makes it a little bit more realistic. I'm really curious on what's next for these two.

I will definitely be looking forward for the next chapter.
