Very good piece. I like how it describes how verbal abuse is just as toxic and hurtful as physical abuse.
So proud of all you have overcome.

Sorry you had go through all of this! But this was pretty good and it definitely gives us a glimpse into what an abusive relationshipi (of the verbal kind) is like. An most of the time, words can definitely do more damage than a knife, gun, or fists can, No one should be putting down anyone for any reason at all.
