Thank you for you awesome comment! It is very rare - as I have experienced over the last decade posting on here - to get people actually writing on the build of story and writing style.
Let's just say: I was so excited about your comment, that I took a screenshot and sent it to my best friend in Europe. No lie!
I am keeoing the chapters shorter than I would usually with this one, hoping to post twice a week(work & family life permitted).

I have never been a big fan of Slipknot to be honest, but have had all Stone Sour albums on random/repeat on my various devices & car for the last 2 months...it's so inspiring and I feel like a fraud writing about Corey Taylor not having followed him that much in the past...but I shall endeavour my best!

I always Get excited to find Corey stories. They’re a rarity these days! I csnt Wait for more!

I came onto Mibba this morning looking for a new Corey piece and “There Is No Home” was at the top of the front page of Stories.
These first two chapters are very well written and appear very cleanly edited. I also noticed that there was no rush to get to Corey. As a reader and as a writer I definitely appreciated the attention given to developing the protagonist. And hell yeah I was excited when CMFT walked into the action.
The tone kept me engaged and I’m dying to learn more about our leading lady. I also can’t wait to see what ultimately draws these two people together.
Looking forward to the continuation of this fine story!
