You can't really blame Sara for what she said. It would look that way, like Matt has his cake and is eating it too. But of course it's more complicated than that. Matt is feeling connected to someone who isn't his fiancée. For that reason alone, he should break off the engagement. It will make him feel like shit (again), but it's gotta be better than where he is right now.

Matt's right. They need to know each other to do the parenting thing successfully. And Cassie is being great about it, wanting to have a relationship with Lisa as well, since she will also be affected. But I don't think Lisa will see it that way. She's going to know the attraction is still there once she spends time with Cassie and Matt and watches them interact.

Matt stepping up is admirable. They were both there, obviously, so he should feel responsible. I don't think Lisa is gonna be able to hang in there and honestly, I wouldn't blame her for leaving. It would suck to have your partner's time divided between you and the woman he cheated with. I understand it's for the sake of the baby, but that's not Lisa's problem. All I can hope is that she doesn't drag it out...and yet, she will, because that's just who she is. Lol.

Val is a good friend, both to Matt and the sisters. I know that wasn't exactly how Cassie wanted to tell Matt, but it's better that he knows. And I'm sure Matt didn't mean what he said - he was in shock.
