Yay! Sara is okay!

Oh shit! The guys are gonna have to ignore their immediate instincts and focus on that worker. That's the best thing they can do for Rhea right now. Here's hoping they move fast and safely.

They did what most people do during those situations: handing over their worries to a higher power, whatever it is they believe. I have to believe that Sara will pull through! The alternative is unthinkable.

I'm so glad Kelly finally had that talk with Rhea. I've been rooting for them. Lol.

Andy has some nerve! Jesus. She was just doing her job. He's clearly delusional. Oh... What a morning. Like I said earlier, I couldn't do that job.

I can see how your best friend isn't always the easiest person to relax around. It sounds like it shouldn't be that way, but sometimes best friends (and family) have expectations you just can't live up to. Kelly doesn't seem to want anything from her; he just wants to be with her. That's the best feeling to have with someone.

Oh, poor Sara!
They probably should have told her sooner. Since he worked on her, Will already knows, right? So that will save her from one of the hard parts of not being able to have children...the part where you have to tell your partner. Still, she's gonna have to adjust to that news. Bless her heart.

Yeah, Rhea definitely needed Sara after that. It's good that they've made amends. It was hurting them both staying apart, though again, I understand both sides.

Well, they have at least taken the first step and talked. That's something.

I can still see both sides. Rhea knew Sara would insist on her return, and she might cave to her best friend. BUT... Sara was worried, and with what had happened not too long ago with Andy, she had every right to be afraid that he'd done something to Rhea.

It will be interesting to see how Rhea readjusts to life in Chicago, and how long it takes for Sara's ice to thaw and them to be back to the way they were.

Sara certainly has a right to be angry, but with Rhea being her best friend, I know she'll forgive her. Rhea did have a legitimate reason for leaving. I think the only thing I wouldn't be able to let go is why she never reached out while in New York. I'm sure she wanted to avoid their attempts to get her to come back...still, she should have let someone know she was alive!

Again, I love that Sara and Jay are friends now. That lessens the drama in their already stress-filled lives.

I'm glad Will was a messenger, of sorts, touching base with Rhea before the Sara/Rhea conversation that's gonna happen. Maybe he'll manage to keep things -- namely his wife -- relatively calm so that Rhea can get her explanation out. Sara deserves to have her say, too, but she's gotta listen to Rhea first :)

Wow. An entire year away and she never contacted anyone to let them know where she was and that she was okay? I understand her needing to get her shit together, but that's really selfish.

Awe, Sara and Will??? Cute! And Jay is happily involved with Erin. They really do both deserve to be happy!

Now I wonder how Sara will react to Rhea's return after so long without a word.
