    It sounds like she's going to be okay, but she is in her late 80s, so any damage done is likely permanent. On the bright side, she was unable to walk the day they admitted her, due to the wound and infection in her foot, but she has been getting around with a walker the last couple of nights.

    Hey, I wanted to let you know that the update this week might be late (hopefully Sunday night). My grandmother just got out of the hospital and it's been hectic, so between that and work, I didn't get a lot of writing done. I know it's not a big deal, but I wanted to tell you personally since you've stuck with this story and given me feedback Arms Well, and because you've been with me through my various obsessions on here. Haha.
