You dazzle me, you blow me away. I'm practically speechless. Not quite, obviously.
Oh, Shal, it was beautiful. And sad. And happy. And amazing, of course <3 You are so incredibly talented :cute:
Ryan was so ... colourful -smile- His character was drawn so brightly and sharply and I just wanted to hold him and whisper secrets into his ear. He'd want to hear them. I'd go and I'd come back and he'd run up and tug at my collar and whisper into my ear for more secrets. And I'd probably tell him :tehe:
Oh, Ryan. You are beautiful.
The whole story was this perfect mix of detailed detail and hazy vague; the important, the general, but then the intricate and fascinating. You're an artist. This was a landscape, beautifully captured background and foreground. Bizarre and normal.
I think one of the things I loved so much was that you - besides the flash to "when he was four" on the plane - didn't mention his age (I think. I might have missed it, how embarassing) - he was instead ... kind of a perfect child? You could describe him as one, "a child", as "a boy" as "young" and you'd have to leave it there, and people would be able to guess between a range, but I don't think they would. "Young." "A boy." "A child." It suffices.
