That was - that was insane.

The descriptions, the cynical thoughts, the fact that she doesn't get anything she wants in the end all combine and make this oneshot mesmerizing. I couldn't look away, I couldn't breath through the whole thing.

The first sentance: "It’s blazing heat, and then it’s penetrating cold." was just perfect. It was confusing, oxymoronic and slightly wierd, which really set the tone for the rest of the story.

I loved it.
