Frank's POV
I'm still broken, but I'm over her. It's been a month since we broke up and Gerard has been more than just a good friend, he's been amazing to me. And My Chemical Romance asked me if I wanted to be a guitarist in their band, of course I didn’t turn that down. And after hearing the demos I have a feeling it's going to be a great band. So in a few days we’re going into a studio to record an album, holy fuck! I'm so excited and a bit nervous too. I’ve also been helping Gerard write a few songs for the album one of them being a song called Headfirst for Halos, about suicide. Something we both have had a few encounters with. But so far everything is going well, I couldn’t wish for better.
Gerard's POV
Okay here it is. Your one and only chance to get back with him. Don’t fuck up Gerard.
“Hey Frankie, can you come with me for a minute?”
“Sure Gee” Frank replies as he follows me out of the kitchen.
“Is it sweet if we go down to the park? I need to talk to you about something” I ask.
“That’s cool, but what do you want to talk about?” he replies.
“You’ll soon find out” I smile.
It' took us about 5 minutes to get to the park and our walk was done in silence.
“Lets sit over there” I say pointing to a nice sunny spot under a tree.
We sit down and Frankie asks “So what is it that you wanted to tell me?”
I take a deep breath in and stare deep into those beautiful hazel eyes of his.
“Okay, do you remember the first day we met?” I say.
“Ummmm sorta yea. It was my first day at Belleville High and you guys were the nicest people I’d ever met” Frank says letting a small part of his hair fall across his face.
“Okay and do you remember what you asked me after the guys said I could sing?” I ask.
“Ummm no” he giggles.
“You asked me if I could sing to you one of the songs that I had written”
“Okay” Frank ponders.
“Well I never actually sung to you, did I?”
“No, not that I remember” he says.
“Okay, here's for you Frankie” I say taking his hands in mine…
