“Yes?” He asked batting his eyelashes. “Is my sexiness overpowering your thoughts making you want to do unspeakable sexual acts to my hot bod?” He asked me, making me laugh.

“Oh yes” I said sarcastically, shaking my head and resting it on his chest. “I love you Alex.” I said to him closing my eyes.

“I love you too.” I heard him say to me running his fingers through his hair. “Why else would I come here for my birthday and Christmas?”

“To have hot Balkan women throw themselves at you?”

“I only want one.” He told me.

“Who?”

“Bella! Stop touching Alex’s kurac it’s time to eat.” I heard Niko yell up.

“Kurac is dick?” Alex asked as we headed back downstairs.

“Yes, you’re first Croatian word is dick congratulations Jesse will now envy you.” I told him with a smirk.

“Gee thanks.” He laughed.

“So Alex, what do you think of Croatia so far?” My dad asked him while we sat at the table and starting eating.

“Uhh yes, I haven’t seen that much of it though.” Alex told him.

“Isabella why don’t you show him around?” My mom asked.

“Well I figured we would eat first ma.” I said sarcastically.

“Familija Sladovic!” I heard an all too familiar voice screech and the front door swing open.

“How did she get in?” I mouthed to my mom.

“Baka gave her the keys incase she needed her help” My mom told me.

I was in the middle of shaking my head, when I heard the voice of my best friend since I was a little girl, shouting about how I finally came back, and how much my tits got bigger.

“Okay!” I said stopping her still laughing.

“When do I get the translation?” Alex mumbled.

“You don’t want to know.” I told him getting up to hug her.

“How’s your English?” I asked her.

“Better, why?” She asked confused and then averted her gaze to the table. “So it is true!” She exclaimed running and
hopping in to the seat next to Alex.

“Mihaela!” I exclaimed, still laughing.

“Wha?” She shrugged and then looked at Alex. “So this is the Croatian boyfriend I’ve been hearing about? What’s your
name?” She asked Alex.

“Alex.” He said blankly looking very confused.

“Well Alex, I’m sure Isabella here didn’t tell you about me, I’m her best friend in the whole world next to that dumb guitar
guy.” She explained extending her hand to shake his.

“Nice to meet you?”

“Likewise, so how long have you been taping her hot ass?” She asked.

“Mihaela!” My mom yelled.

She then apologized to my mom and got up heading back towards me.

“You, me, outside now.” She said grabbing my hand.

“Alex finishing eating I should be back in a half an hour!” I shouted to him as I was pulled out of the house.
