“Miss Huerta, you have a visitor” the nurse walked in.
“Who is it?” I said hoping it was Travis.
Turns out it was someone I’d least expected, Angelica.
“Hi” she said walking in
I just stared at her, dumb bitch.
“Ok, I’ll leave you two alone” the nurse said oblivious as to why I was even in the hospital.
Angelica watched as the door shut and I continued to stare at her.
She turned around. “How are you feeling?” she asked sitting down next to my bed.
“How do you think I fucking feel?” I asked.
“Ok, I hope” she said.
“Why are you even here?” I asked.
“I wanted to apologize” she said shifting in her seat.
“Ok?” she is so fucking dumb!
“I’m sorry, for accidentally running you over,”
“How do you accidentally run someone over!” I screamed.
“ I didn’t mean to ok, I don’t hate you that fucking much!” she screamed.
“Well you hate me enough to run me over with a damn car” I said.
“Ok, what do you want me to do?” she said looking completely fed up with the whole situation.
“You know what I want” I said folding my arms.
She stared at me. “Travis?” she asked.
I narrowed my eyes at her.
“Is that what this whole thing is about?!” she screamed.
“What the hell do you think?” I asked.
“HE DOESN’T FUCKING WANT YOU!” she screamed.
“GET OUT!” she screamed.
“I can’t believe you hate me over some…..boy!” she screamed.
“He’s not just some boy, he’s Travis!” I screamed.
“I can’t believe you ruined our friendship over Travis!” she said.
“I didn’t ruin our friendship, you did!” I said.
“How did I ruin our friendship?” she asked.
“You were sent out to Florida because of what you did” I said.
“Ok and that gives you the right to fuck Travis and get pregnant by him, knowing that he liked me and not you!?” she said.
“You weren’t here and I liked him”
“I can’t help who likes me” Angelica said.
“You can’t help who doesn’t like you either, you can’t come here and expect everything to be normal, you can’t change what happened” I said.
She stood there silently.
“Is everything ok in here?” the nurse asked.
“Yeah. she was just leaving” I said giving Angelica the evil look.
In 15 seconds I was alone again and that’s how I wanted it to be.
