"Taryn, what was that for? You're not pregnant. Wait. Are you? Did you sleep with another man?!" Joe yelled questionably to me.
"Joseph Adam!'' I screamed, trying to make him stop yelling at me.
He looked at me with intense eyes, demanding answers. I sighed and began talking.
"I am not pregnant, and no way in hell I slept with another man. I was trying to get us away from her. It's obvious that she wants you." I whispered the last part.
She was much prettier than me, so if Joe left me for her, I'd understand why.
"Taryn, I'm not going to leave you. You're my one and only love. I promise." He said as he kissed my cheek quickly.
I smiled and nodded my head before kissing him on the lips, enjoying the moment with the man I loved.
