If You Seek Amy

Christine's POV

Oh no.
Oh no.
Oh no.

I had just gotten a call from Karen Hayden that left me stunned.

When Karen didn't wake up as she usually did after hearing the sounds of her kids getting ready for school, she went to wake them herself. It was almost ten and almost too late for them to even be counted present. Jamie, Karly, and Cayson were all sleeping peacefully.

Amy had been found in the doorway of her bedroom and bathroom.

She had left notes. One to her mother, one to each of her siblings, one to everyone she had hurt in general, and one to Malon. From what I understood, she was tired of the rumors being true and she was tired of never finding love. And now she was gone. The pain had overwhelmed her, like she eerily predicted it would only months earlier, when our on/off friendship was in its ON state. When my open/close mouth was in its CLOSED state. And now her broken/satisfied heart had stopped.

Forever.
