Why Would We Change a Thing?

Right before our eyes, we see Michael and Steph on the couch, snuggled beside each other. They looked shocked when they saw Will and I standing before them. I bet they didn’t even notice us coming into the room, making out for a few moments, me noticing that we weren’t the only people in the room and me asking Will to look for the light switch. Were they both drunk or are they just so caught up in their own little world?

“Uh… Cass! What are you doing here?” Steph asked innocently as she pulled away from Michael and tried fixing her clothes

“You don’t have to Steph. It’s obvious” I tell her

“Uh… what?” she tried to give me an innocent face again. She is so funny, I swear

I roll my eyes “Are you two going out?” I ask

They both look at each other for a split second.

“You are!” Will suddenly yelled

“Man, come on, don’t make it any harder” Michael told Will

“You are going out and you didn’t bother telling me Steph” I stated

“Cass, I am so sorry, I need to talk to you\privately please” Steph said as she grabbed my arm to exit the room

“This better be good Stephanie” I say seriously

“Please don’t say that! You know I don’t like it when you call me like that! You sound like my mother for god’s sake” Steph whined

“Fine, I’ll go with you but this better be good” I say with an authoritative voice

“It is” she smiled as she pulled me out the room

I glance at Will for a second and saw him nodding. I smile at him as he sat beside Michael. I bet they’ll have their own “talk” as well.

Me and Steph finally arrived at a deserted and quiet spot in the club.

“So?” I ask

She took a deep breath then started talking

“Yes, we are going out…”

“Why—“ I tried cutting but she cut me first

“Please listen to what I have to say first Cass” she said and I nodded

“I am so so so sorry for not telling you. It’s just that… it all happened so fast that I never actually had the chance to inform you.”

“When did it start?” I ask

“Like the whole thing?”

“Yes”

“Well, you know that we were kinda attracted to each other during the tour but he wasn’t ready yet so it all kinda stopped there”

“Yes I know.” I urged her to continue

“So, we never really had any romantic thing until the tour ended. It all started when Will made that surprise about the band living near our apartment”

“It all started there? Really?” I asked excitedly, forgetting about how she didn’t tell me about it, I guess I was more excited about Steph having a love life at last

“Yeah. So, we started seeing more of each other and everything. The flame started again from that point” she said as she obviously blushed

“That is so cute Steph!”

“And then, right I went home for Christmas? Well. He sort of just appeared there so he spent Christmas with me and my family which resulted to me falling even more for him. I mean, the guy followed me all the way to my family’s house because according to him, he wanted to spend Christmas with me and he missed me” she said dreamily

“That is so sweet Steph” I gushed

“We have been together ever since then.” She finished

“Congratulations!” I beamed then hugged her

“Aren’t you mad?” she asked

“Why will I be mad?”

“For me not telling you the moment I answered him”

“Psh, forget that. I understand anyway. I just wanted to know how it happened and since you told me already, I am fine with that”

“Aww, Cass!”

“So, tell me the details!” I smirked

“Cass!” she shouted now
