Lost In You

We were at some place of which I couldn't pronounce but it was surely a dreaded steak house. Once we walked into the warm building I was engulphed with the scent of cooked flesh, it made me sick to my stomach.

"Its okay Frankie, think of Mikey earlier today." Gerard whispered in my ear trying to calm me. I just smiled a bit to myself and tried to block the images of slaughtered cows from my mind.

"How many?" the hostess asked sweetly.

"Five." Hayden responded cooly.

"Right this way." she lead us to the back of the restaurant where it was darker and more 'romantic'. "Your server will be with you shortly." she smiled and walked off.

"She's hot." Bob commented. Hayden, Gerard and I rolled our eyes as Ray nodded in agreement.

"Oh come on! Look at the ass on her, like, don't you guys think she's a tad sexy?" Ray whined. I looked over at the girl again and frowned.

"She walked funny." I commented.

"Thats called strutting Frank." Gerard laughed and Hayden surprised a smile.

"I don't think so, it looks like she's a dog thats wagging their tail..." Ray rolled his chocolate eyes. "What! I'm gay, what do I know?"

"Lots." Gerard winked. I giggled but stopped when I noticed Hayden's angry expression. He was jealous that Gerard and I were flirting. I guess if I were him I would be too. He loved me after all but did Gerard truly love me like Hayden did? Only time will tell.

"Hey there, can I take your order?" the waitress had pretty red hair that flowed around her shoulders. She pretty much reminded me of The Little Mermaid.

"I'll have the biggest steak you have please." Bob grinned at her.

"Same here" Ray mirrored Bob with the smile. I couldn't help but cock an eyebrow at them. "and I'll have mashed potatoes on the side."

"Sure thing." the waitress smiled. Her name tag read Mara. "For you?" she looked at Hayden and slightly recoiled in what looked like shock or pain.

"Same as those two, but just the meat... please." he mumbled. I don't think I have ever heard him say please before. I scanned the menu as fast as possible but I found I wasn't very hungry.

"Just a salad please." I said. she nodded and jotted down my order. Gerard ordered a burger and before Mara left, we got a round of Coke for the five of us.

"Please tell me you think she's absolutely gorgeous?" Ray hissed across the table so only we could hear.

"Sorry man." Gerard shrugged.

"She'd make an ugly guy." Hayden mumbled which made me give him a funny look. "What?" he asked when he saw my expression.

"Nothing." I replied innocently and took a sip of my glass of water which Mara brought us.
