Nineteen

"I miss you so much." I whispered into the phone. Tears began to well up in my eyes and I bit my lip to hold them back. Its been a week since he left. I spent New Years with Mikey but it wasn't much fun without Frank. Apparently he stood in the Square and watched the ball drop and everything with the band. I just wanted to be with him.

"I miss you too sugar." he replied. He sounded really tired, which was strange since it was already noon and it's not like there's a time difference.

"You sounded tired."

"Late night, the show was good though and it doesn't help that I have a hangover." he chuckled. I felt a pang of anger echo through my insides. He didn't want me to drink but here he was getting wasted? "It doesn't matter though, how's home been?" I felt the anger vanish and longing returned.

"Cold... wet." I said sadly.

"Hey, cheer up Gee. I'll be back soon enough and we can hang out so much that you'll be sick of me by the time I go on the next tour." he laughed. "Guess where were doing our next show."

"Where?"

"Boston, it's going to be epic." I felt as though he was grinning. It made me smile hearing he was so happy.

"Sweet."

"Listen, I have to get going, back to sleep so that tonight we can rock out." I inwardly sighed, I missed him.

"Sure thing, sleep well and good luck tonight."
