Kia is a nineteen year old girl who's kind of depressed. Not seriously depressed, just kind of gloomy. One of her best friends is marrying one of Kia's own ex-boyfriends, and then her newest motherly friend is in a car accident! Kia feels loveless and out of place, not knowing what to do. How does she find her place in her world?
