Chapter 20
Jessica’s POV
I half woke up to the front door slamming open then I fully woke up to a shriek
“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH MY BOYFRIEND!” I groaned at the noise and clapped my hands over my ears as I felt something move beside me then a voice speak back
“I’m not your boyfriend Michelle! What the fuck are you doing here?” opening my eyes I looked up to see Michelle there in all her designer glory while Brian had just woken up and was looking rumpled though deliciously so.
Michelle put her clawed hands on her skinny hips and glared at Brian
“you are mine, don’t go forgetting it and I come to see you today to try and make up with you and I find you sleeping with a hussy!” I raised a brow at the name calling but Brian answered
“I was doing just that, sleeping, anyway you wouldn’t come here to make up just like that, you knew we were here last night having a party, what I want to know is why you came this morning” Michelle huffed and flipped her hair answering cryptically
“I was informed that you were with that thing” my fuse was getting shorter by the minute as she spoke and I glared at her before I looked around and saw that the Berry brothers and Jimmy were awake and watching wearily, ready to jump up and leave if it got too heated.
“Informed?! Who the fuck would tell you anything?” Michelle grinned like a cat
“I have my sources” Brian scoffed
“yeah it was probably Gena, she said some shit last night on your behalf by the way but don’t worry we ignored it” Michelle narrowed her eyes and her gaze cut to me and she asked maliciously
“you fucking my guy?” I rolled my eyes
“bitch please he isn’t yours, get over it and go squeeze some other guy for all he’s worth you gold digger” Michelle gasped
“don’t talk to me like that bitch” I stood up and crossed my arms
“what are you gonna do Michelle? You didn’t intimidate me in school and you sure as hell don’t now” Michelle backed down a little for a moment before she came back in my face and seethed
“stay away from Brian you whore” I laughed
“oh I’m a whore? Please, explain that one” Michelle looked around and saw we had everyone’s attention so she looked back at me and grinned
“oh there were all those guys in high school-” I shook my head
“you’re confusing me with yourself, I didn’t sleep with the whole football and hockey team in one semester” Michelle huffed
“at least I don’t draw attention to myself by faking a near rape!” my eyes narrowed on her face and I brought up a hand and slapped her straight across the face making her head snap to one side.
I saw everyone’s eyes widen and I think my face was kind of shocked too because I don’t hit people. Michelle turned to Brian and I could see tears welling up in her eyes as she sobbed loudly and fakely
“BRIAN! Did you just see her, she assaulted me!” Brian shook his head
“it was no less than you deserved Michelle, god you are such a bitch and you come into my house talking shit about my friends, you deserve to get a lot more than slapped” Michelle turned around looking for some sympathy anywhere and that’s when the couples upstairs came down having heard the noise and they came into the room and Gena immediately rushed over and pulled Michelle into her arms glaring at me
“what did you do you bitch!?” she bit out and I shook my head
“I gave her what she was asking for since she walked in” Gena glared at me then Val came over and laying a hand on my arm she asked
“what happened?” I looked at her but Brian spoke
“Michelle came in here shouting abuse about Jessica and me, stuff about why I’m sleeping with Jess then calling Jess a whore and shit, I wasn’t putting up with it and when Michelle said that Jess faked being nearly raped for attention, Jess slapped her” Val listened then when he finished she sighed and looking at Michelle she said
“’Chelle you are such a bitch” Michelle’s head shot up as she and Gena gasped
“how could you say that Val, you’re my sister and you’re supposed to be on my side!” she wailed but Val shook her head
“there is no way I will support you in this, you cheated on Brian, you guys are not together, get over it, you can’t have him back, you can’t have his money and you sure as hell can’t worm your way back into his life. You came in here and abused Jessica when she has done nothing wrong and to top it off you make out that something traumatic that happened to her was a hoax and a way to get attention, you know better and I sure as hell don’t want a sister who acts like that, get out of this house, get out of Brian’s life and stay the hell away from me until you sort yourself out” Michelle looked around for some support but seeing none she sobbed and ran from the house.
Gena looked at me
“I hope you’re happy you home wreaker” Zacky stepped forwards and took her arm but she shook him off “no Zacky, she is such a bitch coming in here like she owns the place”
“I did nothing of the sort!”
“yes you did bitch, you came in here and wormed your way into our lives and I don’t want you there, you’re only after fame, heck you’re a reporter for fucks sake you’ll make tons writing about these guys and you know it, you’re a money hungry whore and sleeping with Brian is the icing on the cake for you, I came down and saw you two curled up last night and yeah I told Michelle about it, you need to leave this group and leave this town because I will do everything I can ruin you like you ruined my friends life!” I gasped and shook my head
“I don’t want to make money off these guys, I didn’t even know any of them still lived here” Gena scoffed
“yeah right, you planned it all and now you’ve ruined Michelle’s life, I hate you” she reached up and slapped me and I just stood there frozen letting her.
Val stepped in between us and said calmly
“Gena I suggest you leave before I do something you will regret” Gena smirked
“oh I’ll leave but I’ll be back soon” she then turned and strutted from the room leaving it in silence as everyone looked at me. I could feel their eyes on my form though I was just staring at the wall.
Val laid a hand on my arm making me jump and my eyes focused on her concerned face
“are you ok?” she asked, I just looked at her before I shook my head
“no I’m gonna go take a walk” she looked confused but nodded and stepped out of the way as I moved past her but someone grabbed my hand and turning around I saw Brian
“don’t listen to her, either of them, I know you don’t want us for money and I know you didn’t plan that with a Jacob” I just nodded and tugged my arm and he let it go. I moved through everyone crowded around and made my way to the front door, exiting and just walking in a random direction.
