Tree Top Children

The food was delicious. Everyone was so hungry, eating so fast; there was a long silence. Amelia was proud of herself, of her thief-skills! =D When everyone was glutted Armon started talking;
- Yes.. now, Veronica and David , tell me how was Amelia? Veronica?
- I really do think Amelia should join us. She seems clever and talented, she has a little bit fools luck but.. we owe her this feast!
- And.. David?
David took a sip from his champagne and said;
- Indeed , indeed Amelia must join us!
" Really, thanks Amelia! The food is great although you didnt cook it!" said Timothy and everyone laughed. Amelia grinned and said ," It was nothing!" . Rosalie filled her glass with more champagne and said, " Now Amelia, you are a Tree Top kid!" . everyone laughed again. After half an hour Amelia checked her clock and realised it was time to go. She stood up and said,
- I really have to go guys! Its almost eleven, school day tomorrow, you know.."
The others agreed and started getting ready to leave the forest. As they put out the camp-fire Ella asked; " Oh you're going to the school in the town too? All of us do!". Amelia nodded happily.
When they reached the 'wall' , Amelia saşd goodnight to them all and went home skipping along. She knocked on the door and her mom opened it; " How was it ? Had fun?" she asked. Amelia yawned and said , " I did mom.. It was absouletly great! But i am soo tired ..soo.." She said hi to her dad and kissed him and her mom goodnight. She hurried to her bedroom and dressed up her PJ's. She organized her school bag and went to bed. She was so happy, happier than ever! Everything was almost perfect! She put out the light in her room and excitedly started thinking about the next day. School day! Today was a tiring day but , the famous , " first day at school" ! How was it gonna be ? Amelia closed her eyes. All night she saw pretty dreams.. Until the silver morning light filled her room again.
