Nightmare

Ring Ring....

Once the sound of bell meet my ears, I flew out of my homeroom and was out of the school doors in ten seconds flat, but stop mid way when I saw someone leaning against my car. I could see that it was a chick with reddish-brown hair and stood about 5"5.

I scream excitedly when I finally figure who the person was. "Jamie!" I screamed, running full force over to her

I wrapped my arms tightly around her slim frame and buried my head in the crock of her neck. "Well Cam, its good to see you, too." She laughed, wrapping her arms around me and squeezing me tight against her chest "Hows my baby cousin been since the last time we talk?" She asked, letting go of me and getting into my car

"I've been better, but you know excited about today being the last of day of school for me." I grinned, starting up my car and pulling out of the school parking lot "Hows Finland treating you?" I asked, popping a CD in the player and letting Modern Day Escape join us.

A huge grin broke out of Jamie's face "Finland is wonderful and the people are so nice." She gushed, twisting the peace ring around her right ring finger "You should come stay with me over the summer and you can experience how amazing that place is." She grin

"We'll see."

After I had say that all was quiet expect for the music that blared from the speakers. Jamie had her head leaning against the window. Her mind seem to be else where, but her eyes held this sadness in them.

I turn onto the street that lead us to my house that sat at the end of the road. I notice that both of my parent's cars were gone and that Jamie's was park by the curb in front of my house.

"So, how long are you staying here?" I asked, pulling into the driveway and shutting off my car

"Only for a few weeks." She said softly, opening the passenger door and climbing out "And we're going to make the best of it." She grinned, unlocking her car to grab her bags

"Anyhow, we should have a movie night." I gushed, unlocking the front door "It will be just like when we're little." Jamie laughed and nodded her head

"We can stay up all night and watch scary movies." She said excitedly, dropping her bags by the front door and kicking off her shoes "I wonder where you parents venture to." She stated, wondering into the kitchen

"I think they went to do their monthly trip to the City Of Evil to see how things are going on." I said, going through the mail that was lying on the coffee table

"Mhmmm, my parents are probably there, too." She mumbled, walking into the living room with a muffin in her hand "Anyhoo, let's get this movie night started, Cam."

Jamie stuff the rest of the muffin in her mouth whilst I strolled over to where the DVDs were located and pulled out a movie I knew would start off our movie night with a bang; The Descent.

I pop the movie into the DVD player and sat back as the screen lit up the room.

Hours later, Jamie and I were now huddle up on the couch watching Nightmare on Elm Street. Both of our eyes were glue to the TV as Freddy pulled some girl's head into the tv and making us look away in disgust.

As we got further into my movie, my eyes started growing heavy and from the way Jamie was slumping against me, she was ready to pass out, too. Right before I could open my mouth to tell her I was heading to bed, the power went out.

"Ah!" Both of us scream, wrapping arms around each other "What the fuck?" I hissed, letting my eyes adjust to the darkness "Why in hell did the power go out?" I asked myself, as I felt Jamie stand up and the room lit up a bit from the fire she made appear on her hand

"Can you get me two candles?" She asked, making the flame bigger on her hand

I nodded my head and walk over to where my mom had two jasmine scented candles at. I grab them and held them out whilst Jamie light them up. She shook her hand and I watch as the flames disappear with a small cloud of smoke.

"Now, where is the power box?" She asked, looking at me for the answer

"In the basement." I said, fear crawling up inside me "I don't think we should go down there." I said, my body shaking in fear

Jamie scuffle "Then I guess we're stuck in the dark until the sun comes up." She sat her candle down the coffee table and sat down on the couch "I think you've watch to many horror flicks in your lifetime, that your think that if we go down to the basement that a killer will take the chance to break into your house and murder us." She teased, her green eyes seem to grow even brighter in the candle light

"Oh hahaha." I said, sticking my tongue out at her and sitting down next to her "You think your so funny, but you know you were thinking the same I was when I told you were the power box was." I said, pointing my finger at her

"Oh whatever, we're two very powerful witches. Who would mess with us?"

Again before I could answer, the lights suddenly flicker back on. "That was odd." I commented, looking around the room.

Jamie just nodded her head and blew out the candles before sitting back down on the couch. "Lets watch a movie before we had to bed." She said, turning on the tv.

"Yeah. Sure." I mumbled, sitting down next to her.

Outside The House

Shadows of three men could be seeing standing in front of the house where Camilla and Jamie were sitting in front the tv.

"That was our chance to get them, Shads," The slight pudgy one commented, his jade eyes blazing a bit to show his anger.

"I know, but we have to wait just one more day." Shads said, taking his eyes off of Camilla's smiling face "And then their ours for the taking." He said, looking at the other two guys next to him.

You just wait, Camilla. Your worst nightmare is about to come true.
