The 'It' boy, in love with me? My ass!

We arrived at baskin Robins and as quick as I could I pushed Alex’s car door open and stormed into the pink, cooled shop.
Thank god it wasn’t that crowded.
I found a table at the back facing the entrance and next to the window so the outside of the entrance was visible.

Alex and Rider hadn’t come in yet, so I got up to order.
A girl a bit younger then me appeared behind the counter.
”hey what can I get ya?” she had a really squeaky, and it was irritating because she kept on popping her gum.
overall she was pretty but she was showing a lot of her chest.
”umm can you please get me a chocolate milkshake.”
”sure” suddenly her voice changed and it got higher pitched. I couldn’t believe that was possible.
She good a goofy smirk/smile on her face as she looked behind me.

I turned around and saw Alex standing behind me looking at the menu bored above ready to pay for me.
He saw me looking an gave me a apologetic smile.
I was still pissed nonetheless I moved out the way so he could order.
Before a guy around 20’s could ask Alex his order, the girl who took my order pushed passed him and shoved her chest right in front of Alex’s face.
I couldn’t help but let put a small chuckle.
I looked towards Alex, he was smirking and I looked behind to where I was sitting minutes before and saw Rider looking at the girl behind the counter and smirking as well.

He saw me staring at him and motioned me with his hand to come sit with him.
I really didn’t want to as I was till pissed at him but I changed my mind as I looked behind and saw Alex and the girl flirting intently.
I slowly made my way towards the table.
As soon as I sat down and saw the smirk on Riders face I wished I could go back to the counter.
I just sat there looking outside the glass walls. I saw some girls from our school making their way in with some guys which I had seen Alex and Rider with before.
I swear if Rider asks them to join I will kick him so hard it will s-
my thought were cut off as Rider spoke to them.
”Hey sup guys wanna join us?”
”you two on a date?” Said I girl with short blonde hair. I recognized her, she was they cheerleading captain. Me and her had got into couple of arguments on who could use the hall for practice.
”nope, she’s Alex’s sister.” Replied Rider.
”O M G! Alex is here?!?” I guess she was Jenny, Alex’s recent girlfriend.
I hope she doesn’t see Alex flirting with the girl behind the counter.
I scanned the group that had just entered.
There was Trent, Jenny another Blonde which I assumed was Annie and I looked towards the guys and noticed one of them was Annie’s boyfriend and the other was Ash.
Ash hadn’t seem to notice me as he was busy ordering.
Jenny walked towards Alex and pulled him away from the counter and started jumping around like a little kid on Christmas which caused Ash to turn away from the counter and look back and he saw me. He waved towards me and I happily waved back. At least I had someone to talk to while Alex was trying to get rid of Jenny.
I looked towards the table and sat next to an empty seat which a saved for Ash.
Which caused me to sit opposite of Rider.
He was glaring at me as Ash sat down.
What’s his problem I thought.
”So Alvii, you planning on making our team lose again this time?” questioned Rider.
Huh? Where did that come from?

“what do you mean? We didn’t lose any game last year.”
”We tied 2 games and won one.”
”If we had a better captain preferably a boy we would have won all three games.”
I heard Trent snicker besides Rider. Yes they were dating, and I wonder if Rider invited her and her friends over though I don’t mind Ash.

“are you being sexist?”
”No I’m just telling you a fact.”
”We didn’t have anything to cheer for last year.” Said Trent butting in.
”Obviously if the captain isn’t good what do you expect from the rest?”
”Rider your forgetting your on the team I said getting a bit pissed.”
”I have talent Alvii that’s why I’m now the Co- captain. Talent gets people higher, unlike you.”
That hurt, I don’t know why but it hurt.
The girl form behind the counter came up with our shakes and ice cream and served it and at the end she pushed a napkin towards Alex which I guessed had her number on it. Alex’s smirk got bigger.

“No offence, but you cant dress the gender you are so why does it bother you when someone is being sexists.” Bitched Trent.
”I dress perfectly fine.”
by now the whole tables attention was on mine Rider’s and Trent’s conversation.
”hahaha, you Alvii, dress like a girl? I don’t think so?” Laughed Rider with Tent joining him.
”you could try makeup ya know? It might work out for you” said Ashley examining her nails.
”I don’t think anything will work out for her Ashley.” Rider butted in, oh how I wanted to rip his head of. I felt as if tears were going to just pour down my eyes. 3 people on this table were calling me ugly to my face. I wonder if the other three think the same way.
Ash patted my knee and I quickly got up and ran out of Baskin Robins.

My day was already bad and now it got worse.
”hey Alvii wait up.” Called Ash trying to catch up. I was a really fast runner. But ash wasn’t slow either.
I wonder if the only reason I’m captain because of my uncle.
I bet that is the reason.
I felt someone grab my hand and turn me around.

My eyes met a pair of blue ones.
”hey.” Ash took a deep breath as soon as he greeted me.
”hi” I replied.
”forget them, they are being bitches.”
”yeah…” I wonder if Ash though I was a bad captain or ugly.
”I know a park near here, want to got there?”
”yeah.” He grabbed me hand in his and we swan our hands towards the park.
We reached the park and I got on the swings. Me and Ash just swung silently for 15 minutes.
”I’m bored Ash” I whined like a little kid.
He let out a little chuckle.
He got of his swing and pulled me of mine.
”tag your it!”
he screamed and ran away.
”hey no fair! I didn’t know we were playing!”

“well doesn’t everyone love surprises?”
I giggled, gosh I’m giggling again.
we ran around chasing each other for a long time until we both got tiered and laid down on the grass.
”the weathers amazing today.”

“yeah like everything else.” I said sarcastically. Remembering what had happened just an hour ago.
”Hey Alvii, don’t listen to them, I think you’re a great captain and you aren’t ugly.”
I took a deep breath in. which caused Ash to face me instead of the sky.
”actually I think your really pretty.” He said moving a strand of hair out of my face which had fallen out of my hair tie as we were chasing each other.

There he goes again with contact. I couldn’t help but blush which cause Ash to let out a small laugh.
I looked up into his eyes and felt a snap behind us and then footsteps.

Gosh this cant be good. People are always trying to get gossip.
Could this day get any worse?
