All I Wanted Was You

“I will be right back love I am just meeting with my manager he said he just wants to discuss some things. I will be back before you know it.”
“Alright. I am gonna go over to Dan's and see what they are up to.”
“I will catch up with you after wards okay?”
“Sounds good.”
“I love you.”
“I know.”
he smiled and gave me a quick kiss.
These past few days have been incredible, we just lived they was we wanted to. Normal, kind of.
No one really bugged us when they would recognize him, they just left us be.
I walked into Dan and Cordy's place.
“well you are a sight for sore eyes Ms. Morgan.”
“I never thought I would ever hear that expression.”
“you haven't been around as much and it seemed appropriate.”
“How have you been Cor?”
“Dan hasn't told you has he?”
“told me what?”
I picked up an apple and started to munch on it, while leaning over the kitchen counter.
“I don't know if I should spill the beans quite yet I don't want him to be mad at me.”
“Tell me what?”
the door swung open.
It was Dan with a bunch of bags...and it looked like it was...oh my gosh...
“YOU'RE HAVING A BABY!”
“Cor you told her without me?!”
she started to laugh
“hahaha honey look at what you are carrying.”
he looked down and the light went on
“Oh yeah...he he he.”
“So to clear things up yes me and Danny over there are going to be parents.”
“And you my dear Morgan are going to be Auntie Morgan.”
“Congrats you two. Oh gosh I can't believe you are going to be parents.”
“How do you think we feel Beli?”
“Yeah I mean we are going to be caring for this tiny, pink, squishy, pooping being...its going to be awesome!!”
Danny always looking on the bright side.
“And you Cordy?”
she just looked down at her stomach
“gosh I am going to get fat.”
“hahahaha! Out of everything you are worried about getting fat?”
“Yeah! I mean what woman isn't?”
“you are going to be creating life inside you Cor, nothing really more exciting than that.”
“True.”
she still kept looking down at her stomach.
And then they turned the attention to me.
“Morgan, how are things with Rob?”
“Great, its nice to know I can be somewhat normal with someone.”
“Really?”
“Yeah we are just perfect for each other. He gets me, the freak outs and everything else....I told him everything.”
the happy expressions disappeared.
“Whoa Morgan...everything?”
“Yep, the promise, my crumble, Nathan...everything.”
“How did he take it?”
“he looked at me like i was a doll for a few minutes but after that it was okay. Because he saw i was okay, kind of.”
“That's good.”
“Yep. Its nice to know he really does love me.”
Cordy spoke up.
“Did you just use the L word?”
“Ha ha ha yes I did.”
she looked at me and then that smile of hers crept up on her face.
“You do love him...”
she kept looking.
“Don't you?”
And the inevitable blush came to my face.
“Oh look at that!”
“shut it Cor!”
“ha ha ha its just nice to see you happy, and smiling.”
“Thanks.”
“Where is your English lover boy anyway?”
“He went to see his manager about somethings.”
“You think he getting offered parts.?”
“I think so.”
“You ready for him to leave?”
inside I screamed no
“I don't know.”
“have you two discussed that before? Whenever he goes to shoot a movie?”
“No we haven't.”
“Maybe its time you did.”
I thought about it.
It was time we did.
