Joe sat in the living room, thinking about the night before. He sighed when he saw Payton walking in.

“We gotta talk” she said.

“We do” he agreed. She sat down and stared at him, no one was saying anything.

“Payton, I can’t do this” he then stated.

“Do what?” she asked him.

“Come on, you know what, last night was just…way to much, and I can’t do this, your going to have to pick one of us.”

“I can’t pick” she told him.

“What the hell do you mean you can’t pick?” he asked.

“If I could pick I would have already.”

“We’ll understand, just witch one do you like more?” he asked.

“I don’t know” she half yelled.

“Ok then, we will both take you out and after the dates then you pick” Joe said.

She was about to say something when Nick walked in.

“Nick, you’re taking Payton out on a date” Joe told him.

“Who are you to tell me?” he asked.

“Me” he stated simply. “You will take her out then I will.”

“Why do I have to go first?” he asked.

“Cause, we both know I’ll win anyway.”

“Who says?” Nick asked.

“I’m more romantic then you” Joe told him.

“Yeah well, I’ll win with one trust ,bitch.”

“Oh yeah, and no sex” Joe stated.

“WHAT?” Nick yelled.

“No sex, you must win her with your heart” Joe said.

Nick sighed annoyed and walked away.

“I’m totally going to win” Joe then told her. She nodded knowingly, she knew that Nick’s idea of a date was going to the local motel 6 or where ever he can rip his pants down, and Joe normally waits till after he buys the girl dinner to get down the girls pants.
