Halfway There

"Hey there, Katie."

Katie... The word hit me. It was the same word Mac had said to me when he tried to make me love him. And it was Drew.

Drew, why did I ever even hug him? Cause' now, Emma like hates me. Ella doesn't know what to think at all. Sam is pale and not talking to me, and Max and Carl seem to be trying to make everyone feel better. Not working.

"Hey," I said looking at him.

"How have you been?" He asked.

"Great, but... Drew. There's something I wanna talk to you about."

"What's that?" He asked drawing near.

"I don't think we should be together, at all..."

"Why?"

"Everyone knows, and hates me cause' I'm letting it all happen."

"We could just get away..."

"I'll pack my bags tonight..." I said.
