Laurel was a seemingly average teenage girl. With a taste for adventure. She dreamed of someday traveling the world, learning the cultures.
But what she got was far from that.
She was chosen by Athene — goddess of wisdom and warfare — to become her apprentice. Laurel couldn’t dare refuse a goddess, for fear of what could possibly happen to everyone if she did.
