In the Pouring Rain

I never thought it would still be painful the third time. I thought I would be immune to his cheating now. I thought I'd be stronger, and still not mind his affairs with those fans of his. But then again, I'm just a girl. A girl. And that's all I am to him. Just a girl.

The first time we had this fight was a week ago, when I caught him making out with my cousin, Trina. He said he was drunk. I believed him.

The second time was when he hid Tiffany Andrews under his bed when I surprised him on his birthday. That was a month ago. He said he was drunk. I believed him.

And today. Today, I thought, will be the day that I will have enough of his games. I thought, today, maybe I could actually mean it when I tell him that we're over. Today I thought, I will be stronger, and break up with him. But I can't. I loved him so much. I loved Alex O'Neil too much that I can't seem to let go.

So I turn, walk back to Alex's house,

And find Ryan Peyton making his way to my direction - his lip bleeding.
