Two Worlds Collide

Jessica’s P.O.V

“Dad it was just a bet! I didn’t think it would get this far!” I argued back

“Jessica! This just shows your irresponsible! You don’t know who is here at this party. There could be a reporter here just watching you like a hawk ready to take your career! Do you want that? Do you want to give up Victoria this fast?” he said.

“I’m sorry dad. I will take full responsibility of my actions. I will still participate in the challenge.” I said looking down.

“Good because your not getting out of it.” He confirmed. It didn’t sound like he was talking to me. I looked up and saw that he wasn’t even looking at me but he was looking at something behind me.

I spun around expecting a reporter or a photographer. But what I didn’t expect to see was Taylor standing there dressed in dark wash jeans, a white button up dress shirt, leather jacket and dressed shoes holding red roses.

I just stood there, I was in complete shock.

“Hey beautiful” He said smiling his white smile.

I just gawked at him. Time seemed to stop as I got lost in those dark brown eyes. My eyes made a quick sweep over his presence. I didn’t realize his was trying to get my attention until I looked at his beautiful face.

“You in there?” he laughed

“I-I’m just shocked you’re here! You said you were in Vancouver!” I hugged him and kissed his cheek.

“I couldn’t miss my girlfriend’s big night. That wouldn’t be right.” She said handing me the roses.

“They're beautiful” I said inhaling their delicate sent.

“Just like you.” He smiled.

It’s been months since I’ve seen Taylor. I know this will sound wrong but, I don’t know if I still have feelings for him. That was to harsh. What am I saying? I just don’t know anymore. This previous day I spent hanging and getting to know Justin made me think twice about my relationship status. Taylor is a great guy but he doesn’t have a single clue about Jessica. This is where Justin comes into play. He knows I’m Victoria. In just one day Justin was able to know everything about myself where for taylor, it took months..

“So?” I heard Taylor ask. I looked up confused

“I’m sorry I didn’t hear your. I was to occupied in the roses.” I blushed and lied

“I was wondering if you wanted to take a walk outside?” he asked again

“Sure,” I smiled. “I’d like that.”

He grabbed my hand and led me towards the back door. I couldn’t get this feeling out of my stomach telling me that this isn’t where I belonged.
