Remembering Sunday

The next day Alex walked me to work and I saw Bailey glare at us as we walked in, “I’ll see you later” he said kissing me and waving to Bailey.

I started my work knowing I’d get more done today than I had with Alex around, it got to lunch and Bailey had pizza delivered for us.

“So how are you 2?” she asked.

“Great thanks, Bailey can I ask you a favor?” I replied and she nodded, “Can I maybe move in with you? The only flat I can find is in Greg’s building and I’m not living near him” I explained.

“What’s wrong with Alex’s?” she asked.

I sighed “Nothing it’s just we’re trying to take things slow and living together isn’t exactly helping, it’s okay if you don’t want me at yours” I stated.

“No Lexi it’s fine, your right living together will only make things go faster. You can move back in with me, it’ll be good having you back. I missed you” she replied and I hugged her.

Before I moved in with Greg I lived with her and we shared a room in college too, I was mega excited but sad to be leaving Alex.
