A Little Piece of Heaven

"Okay guys. What's this about?" Matt asked.

Me and Brian had gathered Matt, Alaina, Zacky, Nique, Jimmy, Kat, Johnny and Jaden.

They all looked at us, probably wondering what was going on.

We had decided to tell them all together and at once.

"Well, we wanted to gather everyone because we have an announcement to make." I told them.

They all stayed focused on us.

"Are you gonna tell us what the hell is going on?" Nique asked.

"Is something wrong?" Jimmy asked.

Brian grinned from ear to ear.

"No there's nothing wrong." I chuckled.

"Then what is happening?!" Alaina exclaimed.

"We're having twins bitches!" Brian exclaimed.

It was eerily quiet.

I looked around and everyone looked so shocked.

"You're having twins?" Jaden asked.

I smiled widely and nodded.

Brian took out the pictures that Paul gave us from our appointment.

Everyone stood up quickly and scurried over to surround us.

Jimmy snatched one of the pictures from Brian and looked at it, turning it every which way he could.

We got enough copies so that everyone could look at them and we would have enough to make a collage to put in the baby book.

"Wow." Zacky said.

I looked up at him and he was grinning ear to ear.

I smiled as all of my friends started to 'ooh' and 'aww' over the pictures.

"I know they're probably only a couple of inches long, but he's absolutely gorgeous you guys." Matt said with a grin.

I smiled widely and grinned as my girlfriends encircled me and stood me up.

"Congratulations honey."

"Are you excited?"

"Are they boys or girls?"

"Have you thought of names yet?"

I felt totally bombarded by all of the questions they were throwing at me but so happy that they were just as excited as I was.

"Thank you. I am very excited. But it's too early for us to know if the babies are boys or girls. Paul said that in about three weeks he'll be able to tell us the genders. And I just found out that I was pregnant a few days ago. I haven't even thought of names." I said with a laugh.

The girls all looked at each other and cocked their brows.

They all did it at the exact same time.

It was pretty freaky to see.

"Wait, wait, wait. Who the hell is Paul?" Nique asked.

I smiled and looked at them.

"Oh I'm sorry. Paul is my doctor. Or Dr. Raines." I explained.

"Nice." Kat said with a smirk.

"Paul sounds seriously cute." Alaina said.

I smiled.

"He is a looker." I told them honestly.

"I'm sure Brian loved that." Jaden said with a chuckle.

I started to laugh as well.

"He wasn't thrilled about it at first. But Dr. Raines really is an amazing doctor. He's doing all he can to make me comfortable and make sure that everything runs smoothly. We have appointments set up for every three weeks to make sure the babies are coming along nicely. All the bases are covered." I told them with a smile.

Alaina came forward and grabbed my hand.

"I'm so happy for you honey." She said.

I grinned again and hugged all of my friends.

"I love you guys. I'm so glad you are all here to help me with this." I said to them.

They all smiled.

"We're here for you babe. For whatever you may need." Nique told me.

I looked up at them and my eyes filled with tears.

I wiped at them quickly.

"God, I hate these fucking hormones. They're making me absolutely crazy." I said with a laugh/sob.

They all laughed with me and surrounded me with more hugs.

"We'll be here through all of your tears, honey. You don't have to hide that from us." Jaden said.

I smiled again and I sat back, just thinking of the time in the future.

This is going to be an adventure.

And I couldn't be more excited.
