Thought I Had It Figured Out

“Jasmine, the limo is going to be here in any minute!” James yelled from the sitting area.

“Just one minute, need to put my earrings on.” I shouted back. I looked at myself one more time in the bathroom mirror before I leave, while turning off the light.

“You take forever!” James says over exaggerating. I look over at him and he’s pouring wine into a glass with the outfit that I picked out for him for this event.

“You’re going to make mess” I stated. I walk over to the stool that was in front of the island and sit down. He stops pouring the wine into the glass and looks up at me with a smirk, but its drop as fast as it came on.

“Oh… you look… Beautiful Jasmine.” He says, he walks around the island and over to me. He takes my hands in his.

“Are you even Jasmine?” he smirks.

“No, i just somehow woke up in this body, and to be honest I don’t think I want to go back” I joke. His smirks even more.

“Well my girlfriend will be mad”

“Fuck your girlfriend” I kiss him. He pulls back.

“I’m sorry I don’t cheat” he says while walking back to his wine and taking a sip.

“Well you’re girlfriend is one lucky lady” I wink. “But really you are going to make a mess.” I tell him.

“and shes back!” he laughs, I laugh along with him.

‘ring, ring, ring’ the phone rang.

James jogged over to the phone that was beside the couch and answered it.

“James Morrison here… yes...will be down soon… oh and can you bring up red wine when we get back… yes thank you!” he hangs up the phone.

“The limo is here” he said. I nod my head. I hope tonight will be good. I think to myself.
