Lucius is a Novice Thinker in the Imaginer Kult. He knows the basic guidelines and powers of his fellow 'colleagues', but his knowledge is nowhere near as close to the centre of the Web of Deceit as Angelo, a member of the Inner Circle. 80 years ago, the Imaginers were kicked from their previous City of residence. For crimes such as 'Daring to percieve realms outside the teachings of our Lord and Saviour' 'Human Experimentation' and most accurately 'Sorcery of the Wickedest kind'. Needing a place to hide from the old night, and money [and subjects] for their Experiments, they set up a well protected Inn, an equal distance between all 12 city states of the known world. It is rumoured they built on the ruins of the 13th Citystate - Spineheart - Because rumours bring customers, they named their Inn the spine, and let it evolve.
