Snow was falling from the gray clouds. Aaron was looking up to the sky from the window of his bedroom. He gripped his coat and headed outside into a beautiful wintery scene. Cold hit him the second he opened the front door. For a moment the idea of skipping school and staying home sounded so inviting. But then he remembered the promise he had made: no more skipping. 'Ditching is something that the old me would have done' he thought and stepped outside.
