Personal Vendettas
*Vendetta- “Blood Feud. An often prolonged series of retaliatory, vengeful, or hostile acts or exchange of such acts.”
*Blood feud-”a feud between different clans or families.”
*Feud-" A bitter, often prolonged quarrel or state of enmity."
What they forgot to mention in either of those definitions are the terms, as examples Such as, “Vendetta and Davenport.” Always has been... always will be.
And that was us...the families with no turning back. The kids with no choice but to live in a home filled with hate. There was no way around it, or so I thought? Whoever said that my savior had to be approved by our fathers? That we couldn’t help each other get away from it all?
Kaelin Vendetta is no different, just one of the unfortunate "kids" that had no choice in their lives.
Everything changed when her family takes a certain Davenport(s) hostage...
Suddenly everything she's ever known is being questioned as right or wrong.
