Suddenly Yours

“Is this your first time?”
Haley nodded
“And who are you most excited to meet?”
Haley thought for a couple of seconds and then replied “maybe Cameron…”
“Cameron huh?” Ellie laughed and at that moment he walked in the room “Here he is!”
Ellie took Haley by the arm and dragged her towards Cameron
“What are you doing?” asked Haley, she was a bit nervous
Ellie didn’t reply to her; they were already in front of Cameron, just waiting for him to finish taking a picture with another girl.
But, before Cameron could notice those two girls, Zach came and said hello do Ellie. Haley just stood there in shock
“You said you only met them yesterday” she asked
“Yes, but we became friends almost instantly” replied Ellie, at that moment she wasn’t quite sure of the consequences of that answer
“Friends? Really?” Haley seemed really happy with that.
Zach smiled, he hugged Ellie and then introduced himself to Haley
“Hi! I’m Zach Porter!” he hugged her too
Haley smiled “I know who you are, are you kidding me? I’m your biggest fan!”
“Awn that’s so sweet, thanks so much. So are you a friend of Ellie’s?”
“We’re from the same school, and I recognized her. We actually just started talking like 10 minutes ago”
“Awesome!” he smiled
“Can I take a picture with you?” Haley asked a bit shy
“Of course!”
Haley gave the camera to Ellie, she took the picture and then Zach said goodbye because there were other girls calling his name
“I’ll talk to you later Ellie. Nice to meet you Haley” and he left to the other side of the room
“Hey why don’t you go say hi to Nathan?” Ellie smiled at Haley
Nathan was at a corner talking to 2 girls, they seemed to be having a pretty fun conversation
“I don’t want to interrupt”
“You will not be interrupting; they’re here to talk to the fans. Go on!”
Haley went and talked to Nathan
Ellie found herself alone again, Cameron was still busy, as so the other boys were, so she just leaned against the white wall, just like she did the night befor
“Hm… Déjà-vu?” she turned and it was Cameron talking to her
“Hey, awesome show! Have I told you guys, I’m your biggest fan?” Ellie joked and Cameron hugged her.
“Sorry for before”
“What?”
“You know all that stress… me calling you and the van and have to rush here and then…”
Ellie interrupted him
“It’s ok, you don’t have to apologize. I should be apologizing actually, it was all my fault!”
“No, actually it was all Nathan’s fault, because he left the phone on the bus”
“Agreed!” Ellie had this huge smile and Cameron was already laughing
“Talking about that guy, where is he?” asked Nathan
Ellie pointed to a group of girls in front of themNathan was in the middle of the circle talking to her new friend Haley
“Oh I see he’s busy!”
Ellie laughed
“Are you coming for dinner with us?”
“Again?”
“Of course! Same place and probably the same food. What do you think?”
“Sounds great” Ellie winked at Cameron and watched him turned to say hi to another group of girls.
The boys were talking to their fans but sometimes they turned to Ellie, and smiled. Cameron did it more often than other 3 guys, but Ellie didn’t notice this.
After the meet ‘n’ greet was over, Haley and Ellie said goodbye and decided to meet the next day in school. Then Ellie and the boys went to the nearest Taco Bell and got back to playing around.
“So how was school today?” asked Michael
Ellie frowned
“Boring as it is every day, thankfully I only had 3 hours of classes.”
“ahh I miss school” said Michael with dreamy eyes
“No you don’t, you’re just messing with me!”
“Yeah, I am”
The boys were all having a great time talking to Ellie
“And how was with Andrea?” asked Zach a bit scared of the answer
“Oh we didn’t talk to each other, I just wanted the day to go as fast as possible so I could get home”
“Why would you want to be home all day?”
“Well I love to go on blogs and tell other fan girls that I eat dinner with the 4 hot guys from Allstar Weekend”
They all laughed
“But seriously, what do you do when you’re not at school?”
“Nothing, I literally just go on the internet or watch TV”
“You don’t do any activity?”
“Wow you guys are persistent, no not anymore”
“Not anymore, huh?” started Cameron
“Yes, I used to play guitar and I was almost in a band”
“WOW, everybody stop what they’re doing” said Nathan stretching his arms
Michael dropped his food and the other two guys just stopped with the food hallway of their mouths.
“You can sing?” asked Nathan, and Ellie realized the 4 boys were starring at her
“I wouldn’t call it sing, I just… I can karaoke”
“Shut up! We want to hear you sing” said Cameron
“No, trust me you don’t”
“Oh, sorry but I really want to, and I think these 3 want the same thing”
“Well, I am not going to sing here” said Ellie getting back to her food
“Then come with us to the bus, we’ll have a little jam session” asked Nathan
“I don’t know, it’s getting late, it’s a school night, remember?”
“She’s right, you know” said Zach
“What time is it?” asked Cameron
Ellie looked at her clock “it’s almost midnight”
“And what time do you have to be home?”
“I don’t have a specific t time, besides I’m going to be alone. My aunt and uncle are out of town. But I do have to be at school tomorrow at nine”
“You know most teenagers would be throwing a party” Cameron said in a playful tone
“Well I guess I’m not most teenagers”
“Yeah, I guess you’re not” Cameron looked in her eyes, and that made her a bit uncomfortable. But that feeling went away pretty fast as Michael was holding her wrist and pushing her to out of the restaurant
“Where are we going?”
“To the tour bus; our tour bus. Don’t worry we’ll drive you home safely. Want to come or not?” asked Michael, still holding her wrist
Ellie looked at Cameron and she could read in his eyes “please come”
She couldn’t resist at that expression on her friend’s face
“Sure, as long as you guys don’t kidnap me and take me to Minnesota”
“Why would we take you to Minnesota?” asked Nathan confused
“I don’t know…”
They all laughed again
