Addison Matthews leads a total cliché life on the social caliber. She's pretty, cheerleader captain, popular, and rich. Guys want to date her, while girls want to be her. On Christmas break, her family goes up to their New York penthouse suite. She goes to the hottest parties, shops at the designer stores, and lives the City life.
While shopping, she meets Nick Jonas. She thinks he is the best thing to hit the Earth since Christian Louboutin heels and immediately takes a liking to him. Unfortunately, for her, Nick is one of the down-to-Earth celebrities who doesn't waste his time with high-maintenance, superficial, shallow divas AKA girls like Addie. Now she's on a love roller coaster, trying to win this guy's heart, and has to keep it in control. Who knows? Maybe she'll even find her own identity in the process.
