Make Me Better

Chapter 39

My mom, grandmother, and my dad were in New York. My mom set up a court date and was planning to do everything she could to keep 'him' away. I knew she wasn't so willing to do it because she didn't know if he was her baby's father. I felt a bit bad for her but it wasn't like there was anything she could do now. If 'he' was the baby's father it would change things but like I said, he didn't even want the baby. I was hoping everything would go smoothly for her, the last thing she needed to be doing is stressing out. I wanted to go but my dad said it would be better if I stayed home. He didn't mention anything about Frank, so the first thing I did was call Frank and invite him over.

"Hey." I greeted as I opened the front door. He just pushed me back into the house and kissed me roughly. My hands went to his neck, as he pulled me closer by my hips. I let out a groan when my back met the hard wall. After a long while of making out in the hall, we finally pulled apart. Breathing heavily as we stared at each other.

"I missed you, Oli." He breathed, taking a strand of my hair to place it behind my ear. I smiled up at him brightly, I probably missed him way more than he missed me. Being home alone and not being able to go out was seriously driving me nuts.

"I missed you too, Frankie." I pecked his cheek and laced both of our hands together as he leaned down, our faces only inches apart.

"Mikey and Gee are throwing a rager, want to go?"

"How could I say no?" I grinned, "But I'm pretty sure I should change out of my pajamas." I let go of his hands and moved away from him, walking over to my room. I was right by my doorway when I turned around to look at Frank, who was about to walk into the living room.

A small smile appeared on his thin lips, "What?" he questioned. I shrugged quickly, not really knowing what the hell was wrong with me. I had an urge to pin Frank on the living room couch and make out until our lips fell off. I blushed at the thought, what the hell was wrong with me. Maybe it was because we had spent some time apart. Whatever it was it was driving me insane. I walked over to him, standing on my tippy toes as I pulled him down for a kiss. We stumbled backwards, towards my room. His arms were wrapped around my waist tightly. The back of my knees hit my bed and I fell backwards, Frank falling with me. He had both his hands on either side of my head, hovering over me. There was a foreign look in his eyes, one I had never seen before. It intrigued me to say the least. His eyes were wild as he looked over my face. My hands were on his shoulders, gripping tightly.

"I love you." I murmured softly, letting my hands fall. Frank grabbed my wrists in one of his hands and pinned my hands over my head,

"I love you too, Olive." Then he kissed me. A kiss filled with lust, or at least I thought so. Our tongues meshed together and every once in a while Frank would bite my bottom lip, making me squirm. Then I realized where this could possibly go. Oh my god, what if I had sex with Frank? The thought embarrassed me, I was pretty sure I was blushing. Did I even want to have sex, I mean, I heard the first time isn't the greatest. Oh god, this is all too much. Frank would have to see my naked. My nerves were making me shake. Frank seemed to notice and he pulled away from me. His eyes scanned over my flushed face.

"Something wrong?"

I shook my head, he let out a small laugh,

"Don't lie." His hand came up to caress my cheek.

"What are we doing?" I managed to squeak.

"We're kissing. Why? Am I making you uncomfortable?" With that he got off of me quickly, a little bit too quickly. "Sorry." He muttered.

"No," I sighed, "I didn't mean it like that. It's just that... I thought it was going to lead to something else and I was." I coughed awkwardly, " Scared." In a swift movement, Frank grasped my face in his rough hands,

"I would never take advantage of you, Olive."

"I know, I know, " I nodded and then sighed, "I just got nervous." He nodded, kissing the tip of my nose.

"But I do, you know." I mumbled, hoping he catch my drift. He didn't because he quirked an eyebrow and gave me a curious look, "I want to um... I want to do it with you, but not now. I'm sorry if I'm-"

"Take all the time you need, Oli." He smiled, he looked like he wanted to laugh with the way he kept biting his lower lip.

I scowled at him, "What are you laughing at? Me?"

"You look really cute when you're nervous, " He giggled, "sorry, I can't help it." I rolled my eyes and got off my bed, walking over to my dresser to find cozy clothes to wear. I grabbed black jeans, my crimson thermal and scurried to the bathroom to change. I slipped on my converse and grabbed my jacket.

Once we got to Gerard's, Lindsey pulled me away from the guys. Asking me if I was ok. I seriously had no clue what she was so serious about. But then I remembered about Jenna and her stupid lies. I sort of told Lindsey the truth, I told her I was over it. When all reality all I wanted was Jenna to disappear from my life. Lindsey gave me a hug, which was surprising but I gladly hugged back. There were a bunch of people I didn't know at Gee's house, but I was guessing it was because of the free booze. I promised Frank I would drive him home, so he took it as a chance to play beer pong with Bob and Ray. Ray was kicking ass. Gerard was sitting on he stairs, with Lindsey sitting next to him. Gerard seemed pretty drunk as he sipped on some water. I joined them and sat down swiftly, it was a bit hard to get comfortable since the stairs were hard.
Gerard leaned his head against the railing and Lindsey shook her head at him, "How much did you drink?"

"A bazillion!" Gerard exclaimed, spreading his arms out wide for emphasis. I laughed lightly. The front door opened, bringing in a gush of cold wind. I bet it was just a bunch of stupid high school boys. I looked up slightly, I was so wrong.

"Oh great." I rolled my eyes.

"I'll handle this! It's my party, don't you worry, Olive oil." Gerard stood up quickly, too quickly for Lindsey to stop him. He fell over me and onto the floor. I slid down a couple stairs, since Gerard almost brought me down with him.

Jenna and her friends let out annoying giggles. If it was any other time, I would have laughed at Gerard but this was different. I helped Lindsey pick him up. He glared at a laughing Jenna.

"Hold on, let me gain- my- uh. Composure, right?" He looked down at me, "Is that the correct term?" I smiled softly at him.

"I'll handle this, Gee." Lindsey patted his back. Luckily, Mikey came over to take Gerard out of my hands.

"You gotta go." Lindsey said in a voice I never heard before. She sounded angry and determined.

One of Jenna's friends spoke up, "It's a fucking party and this isn't even your house."

"It's my boyfriends house and he doesn't want you and your shitty friends here, so, I suggest you leave."

Through the midst of Lindsey trying to kick them out, Jenna looked over Lindsey's shoulder, she made eye contact with me. "Olive!" She greeted as if we were friends. Lindsey let out a small groan.

"What are you drinking?" I asked her as I looked at the red cup in her hand. She glanced down slightly,

"Why does it matter?" Her tone snotty.

"You aren't supposed to drink any alcohol, unless you lied and you really aren't pregnant." I explained, walking closer to her and her group of friends, "Is that the case?" You lied?" I asked once more, now that we were only two feet away from each other. I thought she would reply with something smart but instead she splashed her drink all over my shirt. It caught me off guard. Lindsey gasped and I saw her shove Jenna backwards. I frowned at my wet shirt as it clung to my body.It smelled like beer. So, she was lying. What was she doing drinking if she was supposedly pregnant.

If she wasn't pregnant, that meant I could kick her ass.
