Fat

I stayed in bed today. I just felt…bleh. Like I couldn’t do anything except lie there, sleep and watch movies. My stomach wasn’t even whining for food like it has been in the morning for the last couple of weeks.

Mother didn’t mind me staying in bed. She had to go to work today anyway. Father just gave me a look that I knew meant “harden up, be a man” before he left for the office. He’s never really been what you would call a loving father.

I watched 'Mean Girls' earlier. It’s one of my favourite movies, but, for some reason, it really annoyed me today.
It wasn’t until about five minutes ago that I realised why. Regina George is not fat. I can’t see why she would think that, even when she put on a few kilos towards the end because of Cady’s sabotage. I mean, sure, if she had a body like me, she’d want to lose a few pounds, but why would she want to ruin a perfect body? She’s crazy if she thinks she’s fat. If she’s fat, I’m a hippopotamus. No arguments from me there.
