I Have Problems, but So Do You

Jade's POV

I was laying on my bed when my phone started ringing. I grabbed it and noticed I had a text from Raven.
Raven: Heyy! Sorry I wasn't able to hang out with you and Skylar today. :( But, I'll see you at school tomorrow! :D {**BulletproofHeart**}

Me: Heyy! It's ok, he had to get home anyways so no big deal :D - Look Alive, Sunshine-

Raven: He did? He's not home yet. When did he leave?{**BulletproofHeart**}

Me:About 20 minutes ago. That's strange. I hope He's ok..- Look Alive, Sunshine-

Raven: well, my mom just left so maybe she picked him up? I'll call him.{**BulletproofHeart**}

Me: OK, text me later! See ya tomorrow! xD-Look Alive, Sunshine-

The fact knowing that Skylar wasn't home yet worried me. But I shrugged it off. He's probably fine. I went down stairs to find my mom and dad sitting in the living room talking about God knows what. I sighed and went into the kitchen to get something to eat. I opened the cabinet and found some cookies and decided to eat them. About five minutes later, I felt my phone vibrate.
" Whoa! My butt is vibrating!"
" What was that sweetie?"
"Nothing mom!"

I looked at the caller I-D to see that it was Raven. Maybe she had word on Skylar.
"Hello?"
"Jade!" She sounded like she was crying. Oh shit.
"Raven, calm down. What's wrong?"
"S-Skyl-lar"
" What about Skylar!?"
"He's in the hospital."
" What!? Umm Ok, which one?"
" Um, Lovelace"
"Ok, I'll be there soon."

With that I hung up and got in my car. I was worried shit less. I don't even know what happened but it must of been bad. I arrived at the hospital and found Raven.
"Raven!" I said and ran to her. She was crying like crazy. Poor thing.
" How's Skylar? What happened to him?" Right as she was about to answer, a doctor came out and told us what had happened.

Let's just say, it wasn't pretty.
