A Summer to Remember (World's Apart)

Patrick Kane's life has fallen apart since Natalie Vaughn left. He hasn't been playing well during games, he's mindlessly drinking himself numb. He goes out with girls and then throws them away after he's satisfied. Natalie was the one who kept him sober and together.

Now that she's moved back to Buffalo, NY their home town Patrick has lost all contact with her. He's slowly losing it and turning into an alcoholic after 5 months. So what happends if they haven't seen each other for 5 years?
