Heaven or Hell?

Elizabeth (Lizzie) Alera is a georgous angel living quite happily in Heaven. One day, she is pushed from the Gates of Heaven to fall to her death to the Earth below. She can't fly, of course, no angels with white wings can fly, only the gold ones can. So, falling head over heels in the windy turmoil, she slams into the ground.
When Lizzie wakes up, she is in a very dark room, but quite warm. She finds she is not alone. Marcus Caus, a demon who doesn't want to be, is her savior.
