I Must Be Dreaming

Current Place : Somewhere in the States...I think, City Nickname : How the hell would I know?

I finished my book, I was proud of myself as I sent it to my editor. She was probably gonna enjoy editing this one. She had a thing for Jack, she loves him for him. Except the extra qualities I gave him. I was thinking up a new idea for my next one when my phone buzzed.

I pulled it out of my pocket and read it. It was from Jess (Brendon Uries' girl).

Jess- Where u at?

Me- On the tour bus sitting in front of my world

Jess- I'm starving

Me- Then eat something :p

Jess- You're funny Rem, I meant you and me go eat somewhere

Me- Where r u?

Jess- With Gabey Baby, we are walking up and down the streets looking for something to eat.

Me- Gabe? Like Gabe 6 foot 4?

Jess- You know any other Gabey Babes?

Me- Well outside of my world or not? xD

Jess- Outside of it Remi

Me- Um..oh. I'm getting another message one sec

Gabey Baby- Querida(dear), you been cheating on me with another hombre(man)?

Me- Gabe you know there is only you...okay. I'll admit it. I've been with someone else

Gabey Baby- Who is he?! I want his name, there is no way he can be better than all of this!!

Me- but he is.

Gabey Baby -cries-

Jess- Now Gabe is crying, what did I miss?

Me- No idea -evil smile-. I'm grabbing my camera, I'll meet you two somewhere

Gabey Baby- Evil writer

Me- you make me cry and I'll kill your character

Gabey Baby- -hugs-

I laughed and sobered after a few minutes. People would probably think I'm crazy or something. I grabbed my camera and my bag before getting off the bus. I made sure my computer was locked so Jalex couldn't get a sneak peek at my brain storming ideas.

Jess texted me some directions and I saw Gabe first. It was hard to miss him in his screaming purple hoodie. I dropped my bag and ran up behind him then pounced. "Joder, ¿qué diablos es mierda sobre mí?!" (Holy Shit, what the fucking hell is on me?!)

"Hey Gabe" I said tightening my grip around his neck. I wrapped my legs around his middle so I wouldn't fall. I peeked over his shoulder and Jess was smiling like a fool.

"Remi? Chica don't do that crap to me. I thought it was William or Brendon or someone else" he said turning his head some of look at me. I gave him an innocent smile. He gripped my legs and held me closer to him. Jess picked up my bag and followed us.

"Gabe, don't you think there is a bit of a difference between Bill, Brenny and me?" I asked.

"Yeah, William won't jump me. Brendon only messes with me from the front and you hardly weigh anything. We need to feed you more, you feel like a twig" he said.

I smacked him on the back of his head. "You never talk to a woman about her weight, makes her feel self conscious" I said.

"I'm sorry querida, please forgive me" he said.

"Buy me some food, since you think I'm too skinny" I said smiling.

"Off to find some fattening food" he said before sprinting in some direction. Jess just walked behind us, Gabe would go and get her in a minute.

He set me down then led me into a nice restaurant. "3" I told the hostess.

"Follow me" she said smiling. I followed her and Gabe went to retrieve Jess from where she was.

"Booth or table?" she asked.

"Booth please" I said knowing how me and Jess were. We preferred booths.

I sat down close to the window and picked up a menu. "Gabe let me down you giant" Jess said. I smiled as I kept looking at the menu. Making eye contact means Gabe would talk an ear off.

"Here you go, I'll sit next to Remi. Cause she loves me more" Gabe said.

"Oh, no fat-so" Jess said sliding in behind him.

I grinned evilly and looked up to see Gabe pouting. "Don't worry Gabe. I'm thinking of using you for me next story" I said honestly.

"Don't make me a vampire" he said.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Vampires are the hot thing right now, you write one novel of vampires. That will be your label. And Don't kill me off either" he said.

"Can I make you be a bit psycho?" I asked.

"Anything you want, just don't kill me or make me a vampire" he said before picking up the menu.

Jess bit her lip to keep from laughing. I used a few people from my life as my characters, I just gave me more romantic qualities. Jack was my most resent one, I just sent that book to Demi. First one I wrote was for Alex Suarez, I fixed him up and gave him a different name but his facial features and attitude stayed the same. I've written about 6 books, not including the one I just sent in. I had two different series going. That way it was easier for me and I wouldn't get writer's block too quickly.

"Okay, got it" I said making a note of it on my phone. Gabe was going to be easy but hard at the same time. He already has the romantic qualities to him, tall, dark and handsome. Even had the hair..but his attitude was going to be fun to play with. I was brain storming idea when Jess pinched my arm.

"What, sorry?" I said looking at her.

"Back to the mortal plane, what do you want to eat?" she asked.

"Triple Chocolate Strata, then Chicken Alfredo with Dr. Pepper" I said to the waitress Candy.

"Good, and for you?" she asked Jess.

Jess ordered and then Gabe ordered. I wasn't paying attention, my mind had slipped into its thinking stage for a moment. I was brought back to a hand traveling up my leg then back down. I looked over and Gabe was sitting next to me squished in the small space.

"What are you thinking about?" he asked in my ear.

"My next book" I whispered.

"Boring" he said before going back to his side of the table.

We were eating our desserts when "Snakes On A Plane(Bring It)" started playing from Gabe's phone. Jess and I sang along to the chorus part until Gabe answered it.

"Shy and Bill are gonna be here shortly" Gabe said between mouthfuls of food.

"Gabe, pig. Learn to chew all your food first" Jess and I said together. He stuck his tongue out with chewed up food on it. We took a few bites and did the same.

Shyla and William came over and William was the first to speak. "Really guys? Can you not act like a bunch of 3 year olds?"

"No Bilvy, we must act this way" I said after I finished eating my food.

"See they are very special" Will said to Shyla. She just smiled before sitting next to Gabe.

"So how is writing going?" Shyla asked.

"Its going good, I just finished one book and I'll thinking up more ideas for another one. Jack and Alex are really going to like the new one, it should be hitting the shelves by his birthday, no problems provided of course. The last one wasn't romantic enough, so they even gave me tips for my writing skills. Those two are like crazy little critics when they read my writing" I said.

"Cool, I actually just bought a one of them. The first one in the Vampire books" she said.

"That was is good, took me forever to write out" I said.

"It seems interesting so far, I haven't gotten to read it yet" she said blushing a bit.

"First chapter is a bit confusing but once you read past it. Everything comes into play. I just wanted to keep readers interested that is why I have bits and pieces throughout the book" I said smiling. I loved talking about my writing, I really loved the fan mail that people sent me too. I would probably have a freaking postal mail crate full when I got back home. Which wouldn't be too long, ATL was going to Europe soon and I needed to stay in the states. My Manager wanted to talk about a book tour.

"Okay now the real question is this. What in the hell are you going to do to me in my story?" Gabe asked.

"A few things" I answered smiling.

"Can you at least tell me something?" he asked.

"Yeah, I won't make you a vampire or kill you" I said quoting him from earlier.

"You suck" he said like a defeated kid.

"Dam your bad luck" I said grinning.

We chatted and ate for awhile longer before Gabe announced that he had to go or Vicky T would hurt him because they had a show tonight. William just smiled and went with him.

"When men turn into mice" I said as they walked away.

"Wanna chase him?" Jess suggested.

"Yep, I can get Brendon on our side and we can hold him down while we tickle him to death" I said grinned evilly.

"Oh, I like the way you think" she said hitting my fist with hers.

All Time Low was on stage preforming and I was taking a few photos of them. I got behind Rian and snapped a few photos of the band members as they run/jogged across the stage. Granted about 100 of these came out crappy but the others were good.

I was snapping a photo when Alex called my name. I stood up straight and looked at him. "Remi where are you?" he asked to the crowd.

I walked over to the side and gave my camera to a roadie before walking up to Alex with a mic. "Yes Alex?" I asked standing next to him.

"You guys know Remi right? She's my younger sister, 13 months exactly" Alex said wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

The crowd cheered and yelled "yes".

"Remi will you please sing the female vocals for this next song? I promise I won't mention anything about your--" he said.

I elbowed him in the stomach to keep him from saying something to embarrass me. "Hey everyone, how's it going?" I asked.

"Remi has got a thing for Kennedy Brock of The Maine, give her a round of applause please. Then she can sing Remembering Sunday with us" Jack yelled.

I sent him death glares. The crowd roared in approval. "Well, thank you Jacky. Yes, Kenny B. and me...we um have hung out and stuff. Nothing major yet but he is a really cool guy. I really like him. Anyway back to the song" I said hoping to get the attention off of me.

I helped Alex with the song and practically flew off stage and into Kennedy's arms. No that wasn't planned..I swear. But Kenny was happy as hell to see me. I smiled as I looked up at him.

"Hi" I said.

"Hello Remi" he said smiling back.

"Oh, look at the love birds" Zack said.

There was a smack and a 'ouch you dirt bag'. I figured Jack must have hit him, Jack Attack was good about things like that.

"I owe you a proper date" he said.

"Nah, its okay. I'm not prim and proper" I said quoting a line from one of my books.

"I know but I really like you" he quoted.

"You read it?" I asked surprised. Not many men admitted to reading them.

"I started to read it, I haven't made it very far" he said pouting a bit. "I wanted to come and see you, before it got too good to stop" he added. I really wanted to kiss him. Those lips were extremely teasing..it was torture.

"Thank you, I love hearing feedback on my work. Most men besides Alex and Jack don't admit to reading romance novels. Something about damaging their egos or whatnot" I said.

"Hm..well I live/work with John Ohh and Jared. There are days where we do nothing but read romance novels" he said.

"That is hard to picture. The Maine sitting on a tour bus reading romance novels...strange and creepy almost" I said imagining it in my head.

"Yes, we are strange..we have about 6.5 orgies a month too" Kenny said. resting his cheek on my head.

I started to laugh, I couldn't help myself. I saw that in an interview on youtube. John Ohh answered that question. I heard Kennedy laugh too, we sobered after a few moments. Couple of people just standing there hugging and laughing. Oh, yes...that was probably going to end up on youtube or something.

"Anyway, I know All Time Low is going out of the states for awhile and I will probably have to beat Jack off of the phone just to talk to you. But would you like to go on a date with me?" Kennedy asked holding me at arms length.

I saw the hope shine brightly in his eyes. Mine probably had the big cartoon hearts in them. "Yes Kennedy I would love to go on a date with you" I answered.

"Thank you My Lady" he said getting down on one knee and taking my hand in his. He kissed my knuckles a few times before he stood back up.

"REMI SAVE ME!!" Gabe Saporta yelled as he came running up to me.

"Sure, hide behind me because you won't be noticed or anything like that" I said sarcastically.

"Is this the hombre(man) you have been cheating on me with?" Gabe questioned as he stood crouched behind me. He peered over my shoulder and looked around.

"Yes Gabe, this is Kennedy" I said.

"You left me for him?" Gabe asked looking him up and down.

"Yes" I answered. Kennedy was getting a kick out of this. I saw him smiling widely and he looked like he was about to burst into laughter.

"Well..this is payback for William isn't it?" he inquired.

"It's the start, Jess and me got more planned for you Hot Mess. Don't worry" I said patting his head.
