It's a Cold World

It’s been a month and PoppaP still has me doing these sucky ass missions. I wouldn’t even call them missions anymore. He has me doing runs for him. I have seen Carry a few times at the hospital. She is getting so big now. And sadly to say, Cory is not doing better. There hasn’t been a day I don’t go to the hospital to speak to him. I told him that if he wakes up, then we can run from all of this and stop doing this bogus shit we do. But he didn’t move a muscle. I pray everyday, along with Keke.

Speaking of keke, I need to talk to her about Tony.

~~~~What’s really going on~~~~

I walked up to keke front door and knocked on it. Her parents weren’t home because I didn’t see their cars. But hers were in the drive-way.

A few seconds later she answered the door with a surprised look. Why is she surprised that I’m here? I let myself in and looked around. There was nobody in the living area. I turned to keke and said, “Ok. What are you hiding?” She faked gasped and said, “Omg. I’m not hiding anything. What makes you think that?” She looked everywhere besides my face.

I shook my head. She is the worse liar on earth. “First of all you are a bad ass liar. Second of all, you have on nothing but a long ass T-shirt. Third of all, you just look flat-out guilty man.” I said looking at her and smiling because she is just dumb. She stood staring at me. And then I heard foot steps coming down her stairs. We both turned and looked at the stairs.

I KNEW IT!!! There stood a shocked Tony. What the hell is going on? I looked between both of them and didn’t say anything for a few minutes. He didn’t even have on a fucking shirt.

“OK. Someone better start talking.” I said above a whisper. “Ummm” they both said together. “Keke?” I looked towards her. She walked a little closer to me. “See, I and Tony here are . . . Seeing each other. We have for a while. I didn’t know how you and Cory were going to take it, so that’s why I didn’t bring him to the dinner that one time. You two always scare off my boyfriends.” I just nodded and looked at Tony. He was standing with his head down.

To be honest, I don’t really disapprove. I mean, Tony a cool dude. At least she chose someone I know. Keke is like a little sister to me. I just want her to date someone that will treat her right. Cory would flip if he knew this. “Alright” I said. They both looked at me. “That’s it?” They both said again together. I nodded and went into the kitchen.

I’m hungry shit. I heard footsteps behind me and keke said, “Sooo you don’t have a problem with us going out?” “I shook my head. She shighed and said, “Thank God.” She moved over to Tony and kissed his lips. What the hell. “Hey. Hey. Just because I’m ok with this doesn’t mean that you two can do that shit in front of me. At least let me get used to the thought of you guys dating. Geez.” They laughed at my outburst. I went into her fridge and got me a can of soda. “Get out my shit. That’s my parents.” I shrugged.” So? They will live.” And then I left the kitchen, headed to front door. “Where are you going?” Tony asked. “To visit Kelly, and maybe take her shopping too.” He nodded and said, “Well, I’ll see you later bro.” “Alright.” And I was gone after that.

I got in the car and thought, ‘Damn. I haven’t taken this car back yet, and I’ve had it for 2 weeks.’ Yes, it’s the old man’s car. Oh well, I’ll take it back later on.

~~~~~~~~Shopping~~~~~~~~

“Come out baby” I said and hung up the phone when I heard Kelly say ok. She walked out in some black jeans that hugged her curves and a white v-neck shirt. She was wearing white forces, and her hair down.

She got in the car and I leaned over to give her a peck on the lips. I pulled out the drive way and headed to the mall. “So where are we going?” “I’m taking you to the mall.” I said looking straight ahead. She didn’t say anything. I sparked up a conversation and we rode to the mall laughing and talking.

~~~~30 minutes later~~~~

“How about this? It would look great on you.” I said to Kelly, trying to hold in my laugh while I was holding up this little short dress that had feathers all over it. That dress was super ugly and I knew Kelly would say something smart about it. “Boy, what the hell is that? You will not catch me in that.” She said laughing. She snatched it out of my hands and hung it back on the rack. We went into Victoria’s Secret, which she dragged me into the store. Once I was inside, I had no problem. Why are we in here though?

“Why did you want to come in here?” I asked her, while I looked around. “Oh. I might want something out of here.” I stopped dead in my tracks and stared at her. “Like what??” I said carefully. I know that she is not thinking what I think she is. She smirked and said, “Perfume. Duh” and she laughed at my face expression. I frowned at her answer. Damn. She got my hopes up for nothing. She pulled my hand, “Come on silly. We aren’t at that point in our relationship yet.” I didn’t say anything. Just looked around the store more, picturing Kelly in everything.

“Baby . . . . . DANTE” I heard someone say. I turned and Kelly was staring at me like I was crazy. “Get your mind out of the gutter. How do you think this smells?” And she sprayed a little in the air. I sniffed the air and it smelled nice. I nodded, “I like it. Anything else you want out of here?” I asked. She shook her head and we moved to the register. She started fiddling with her wallet.

“What the hell are you doing?” I asked her. She looked up at me and said, “What? I’m paying for the perfume.” “No the hell you aren’t. You will not be paying for anything while I’m around.” I took out a stack of money out of my pocket and handed the lady at the register the money for the perfume and told her to keep the change. Kelly grabbed the sack and we walked out.

“You didn’t have to do that, you know?” “Yea, I know. But I wanted too.” I said throwing her that million dollar smile. She blushed and we went into Forever 21. I let her pick out whatever she wanted. I got her covered.

At the end of the day, I was stuck carrying load of sacks and boxes to the car. Once everything was in the trunk and back seats I sighed and leaned against the car. She smiled at me and I couldn’t help but smile back.

We drove back to her house in comfortable silence. Her parents weren’t home so I took all of her bags up to her room. I’ve been in her room several times so nothing different. I’m not supposed to be in her room while her parents aren’t home, but oh well. They won’t find out.

I sat on her bed exhausted. And she sat next to me.

“Are you happy?” I asked out of nowhere. She smiled big at me and kissed my cheek “Umm. Is that a yes?” I laughed. “Yes. It is a yes.” She said laughing too. I pulled her on my lap where she straddling me, and kissed her passionately. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I started rubbing up and down her back. I raised her shirt a little and her skin felt so warm. She flinched at the coldness of my hands.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and picked her up. We were standing up kissing and her legs were still wrapped around my waist. I laid her gently on the bed, while our lips still entwined and started feeling all over her body. I slowly lifted her shirt and she didn’t even stop me. I took her shirt all the way off and her bra was exposed. She is just perfect. I kissed, licked, and sucked on her neck earning moans from her sweet lips. I continued to move south.

I was kissing her stomach when I heard a car door shut. I looked up at Kelly in panic, and she was looking at me with the same expression. We then heard the front door open and we both scrambled to our feet. She was looking around for her shirt. She found it and then slid it on. She pushed me towards the closet, but I wasn’t letting her go anywhere. She pushed me in, but I grabbed her arm and brought her in with me, and shut the door quick.

She was up against my chest and I was holding her waist “Dante. Let go of me you big jerk.” She said wiggling. I chuckled and kissed her. She stopped trying to get loose and kissed back.

The kiss went from innocent to down right dirty. I totally forgot about her parents, until we heard her bedroom door open. We both froze with out lips still pressed together. We didn’t make one move. I felt her smile, and I knew she was about to laugh at the way our lips were still touching. Just when she was about to make a sound, I pressed my lips harder to hers.

“Sweetie, maybe she went walking with Dante or something because she’s not here. And his car is out there.” I heard her mom say. Oh shit. I forgot about the car in the front.
“Well, are we still on for the night out with Claire and Tod? I went and got this new outfit and everything.” Her dad said trying to sound cool. I couldn’t help but smile at that.

“Yea. We are. I just wanted to let Kelly know that we won’t be here later on, and to not wait up for us. I guess I can write her a note.” And with that, her bedroom door shut. I sighed and we both pulled away.

“So, you want to stay the night?” I heard Kelly ask under her breath. I smiled and said, “Yea, but only if you really want me too.” She nodded and I led the way out the closet.
