Nech’s POV

As soon as we stepped through the house doors I pulled Johnny upstairs with Mina trailing.

“Hey, what the fuck?”

“We all need to talk, now.” I ordered.

I pushed him down onto his bed and Mina locked the door. We both stood in front of him with our arms crossed across our chest.

“What?” he asked.

“First where were you last night?” I asked and Mina cocked a brow.

He sighed before starting to explain.

“I left because Lacey wanted to talk. We just met up at the park and chilled then I walked her home.” He confessed and I felt a smirk pull itself onto my lips.

“Aw Johnny boy has a little girlfriend!” Mina cooed.

“Shut up,” he grumbled but he was fighting a smile.

“So why don’t you ask her out? You like her don’t you?” I asked.

“I do but…” he sighed and laid down so he could stare at his ceiling.

Mina and I followed suite each taking the spot beside him.

“What’s wrong?” Mina asked nudging his shoulder with hers.

“Yeah tell us,” I said.

“Her friends hate me,” Mina scoffed at that.

“Yeah she needs some new ones.” I said.

“She’ll come around Johnny; I gave her the offer to hang with us. Just keep talking to her and she’ll decide,” Mina sighed.

“You think?” He asked hopefully.

Aw Johnny really likes her.

“We know,” I offered my smile and he returned it.

“Kids?”

“In here,” Mina called and soon our aunt and uncle appeared at the door.

“We’re going out; you guys can get your own dinner right?” We nodded.

“Okay, we’ll be back soon,” they said and we waved them off.

“What do you guys wanna do?” Johnny asked.

“I don’t know; what are the guys doing?” I asked and he shrugged.

“I’ll text them and find out,” he pulled out his phone.

Soon he got a reply.

“Shadows said they are all at his house hanging out and he’ll come get us if we want,” he answered.

“Yes we want!” I declared and Mina fidgeted in her seat.

“What’s wrong?” I frowned.

“I don’t know; I don’t like being around Brian without Jason.” She admitted softly and I frowned.

“Listen just stick by me because I feel kinda guilty being around Zee without Matt too.” I admitted.

“You guys should both stay away from anything with a penis,” Johnny grumbled and I slapped his head while Mina punched his arm.

He whined and rubbed both parts.

“After we were being nice to you.”

“Yeah you jerk,” Mina pouted.

“Listen, sorry but it’s true. Just stick with Jimmy and I while we’re there and everything will be cool,” he smiled and we returned it.

“Alright, let’s go to Shadows house,” Mina smiled.

“Off to Shadows!” I declared.
