We walked and talked between classes and at lunch and finally it was the end of the day.
Rach had to go to Glee club, I loved singing, and dancing.
“Mind if I tag along?” I asked my sister, she nodded and dragged me toward the room,
“Rach don’t make me run! Remember who’s in heels!” I said as I started feeling like I was almost running.
“stay out here,” she told me as she went into the Choir room, I could hear her talking, “Everyone gather around I have someone I want you all to meet” she came back out and motioned for me to go in,
“Everyone, this is Rebecca” She introduced me as I walked into the classroom, I felt ALL eyes on me.
“Hey everyone” I smiled, “ Mr. Schue I’d love to be part of your Glee Club” I said with a smile as Rach sat down. he nodded and smiled
“We were actually looking for a new member” he said and allowed me to have the floor. I put my bags down and went back up to the front to tell the piano guy and the band what song I’d be singing. I stepped up to the mic and smiled, looking at everyone,
“I’ll be singing Adele’s Rolling in the deep” I said and the music started and I sung, hitting every note perfect, every single one was hit, the highs and the lows, I got them all.
“You played it, You played it to the beat.” I finished and smiled, everyone cheered and whistled, Rach smiled and looked at me as she clapped, she stood and came over to me and looked at everyone,
“This is my sister,” She said, proud to call me her sister since I have a pair of lungs as she’d say.
Everyone stood and came over and introduced themselves, The last was a tall brunette who was oh so cute,
“I’m Finn” he said with a crooked smile that made my insides melt, we shook hands and I smiled,
“Rebecca,” I said in response. We stood there for a brief moment before Mr. Schue spoke “Alright, I think we may have our final member!” He said excitedly, “this weeks assignment is to find a song that fits who you are, your personality.” I nodded and we were dismissed, Rachel tried to walk with me
“I’ll call you later Rach,” She nodded and left. Finn and me were the last to leave,
“Becca wait up” Finn called out as I left, I stopped and waited for him.,
“You were amazing!” he said and I smiled sweetly, He looked me over trying to not let me catch him,
“You are too sweet” I said to him and kissed his cheek, he smiled that adorable crooked smile and walked me to my car that was coincidentally parked beside his truck.
“Wanna hangout later?” he asked me as I unlocked the car,
“Sure,” I smiled and got in, putting down the top after starting the car. I looked at him,
“let me see your phone,” he nodded and handed it to me, I put in my number and my name with a heart beside it, “Call me later when you wanna hangout” I winked, put my shades on and turned up my journey CD and headed home.
“Rebecca!” My mother yelled when I walked in the door,
“ Yes?” I asked,
“Guess what!” she said loudly, coming down the hall,
“Yes?” I said in response.
“you are going on a MAJOR shopping spree!” she handed me an envelope and I looked at her, “The Card you were supposed to get is here and its that UNLIMITED account attached to the card!” I screamed and danced in place,
“Sweet!!!!!” I hugged my mother and went up to my room, “Oh by the way mom, I Met Rachel” I said as I was on the stairs My mom looked up at me and smiled,
“I’m glad” she went into her office and I went up to my room, I did my homework and got on my laptop in my moon chair on my balcony, I talked to a few people who IM’d me from Cali and heard my phone ring, I didn’t know the number,
“Hello?” I said into the phone,
“Hey its Finn, Wanna hangout now?” he said, I smiled form ear to ear
“Yeah, I’ll text you my address” “alright see you soon cutie” he said and we hung up, I texted him my address and went into my room and changed my shirt and shoes to my red corset and red sling backs. I heard a car horn and grabbed my purse and shades, putting them on I went downstairs,
“I’m leaving be back later” I shouted,
“bye” my mom yelled, I walked out and saw Finn’s truck, I went down and he opened the door for me, what a sweetheart…..
