Classy Date & Missing Friend
Jonathan’s POV
As Sevie made her way down the stairs, I couldn’t take my eyes off her. She looks amazing… When she reached the bottom, she walked over and stood in front of me with a smile on her face.
“Howdy.”
“Heh…hey.” Smooth Jonathan, very smooth…
“You ok?”
“Uh…yeah I’m fine.” I lied.
Someone from behind me then cleared their throat. I turned around and saw Axel with a ‘serious’ look on his face.
“Now Jonathan, be sure to bring her back by 9. She is not allowed out past that.”
“Axel, shut up!” yelled Sevie as she walked over to him and punched him in the arm.
I couldn’t help but laugh, soon after Axel did.
“Alright already, come on Axel let them go.” Claudia said as she pushed Axel towards the kitchen while Matt made his way to the living room. Before Claudia disappeared, she mouthed something to me. Good Luck. I smiled and nodded. Then she was gone. I looked over at Sevie who just stood there behind me shaking her head.
“What’s the matter?”
“Axel is so annoying.”
I chuckled. “Don’t worry about it. He was only kidding.”
“Yea I know, but still.” She smiled.
“Come on, let’s get going.”
I walked over to the door and opened it for her.
“Oh well thank you.” She said as she made her way outside. I followed right behind and closed the door behind me.
“So…where exactly are we going?”
“I told you it’s a surprise.” I smiled.
I walked over to the passenger door of the truck and opened it. I looked at her with another smile as she giggled.
“Well aren’t you a gentlemen?” She said getting into the truck.
“I try.” I closed the door and then made my way over to the driver’s seat. Once I got in the truck, I buckled up, and off we went to the first part of the date: the movie theater.
When we finally got there, I parked the truck. Before stepping out I heard Sevie giggle. I looked at her and smiled.
“What?”
“The movies, that’s very classy.”
“What can I say, I’m a classy guy.”
She giggled again before we finally got out of the truck and headed outside. She decided on a romantic tragedy. As I was about to pay for our hearts, Sevie insisted on paying for her own. I denied her and paid for both tickets myself. After getting our tickets, we bought drinks and popcorn before finally heading in to see the movie. Once the movie was over, we made our way outside and headed back to my truck.
“That movie was adorable. I really liked it.”
“It was interesting I’ll admit.” I said.
She smiled at me before getting into the truck. I seriously can’t get enough of her smile…it drives me crazy.
Sevie’s POV
I got into Jonathan’s truck shortly followed by him.
“So where are we off to next?” I asked.
“It’s a surprise.”
“Another one?” I whined.
All he did was nod and chuckle as we left the parking lot of the movie theater. During our drive to our next location, I received s text from Rian.

Hey Sev.
To: Big Bro<3
Hiya Ri<3 How are you?
From: Big Bro<3
Have you heard from Zack?
To: Big Bro<3
Muscles? No, well except this morning when Matt told me he called, why?
From: Big Bro<3
Nvm. I’ll talk to you later.
To: Big Bro<3
Rian, what’s going on?
I waited a couple of minutes but never received a text back. Zack…I hope you’re ok…
“Sevie?”
I looked over at Jonathan. “Huh?”
“Are you ok?”
“Uh…yea I’m fine.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yea.” I lied as I turned my attention back to the road.
I could sense Jonathan looking over at me every once in a while. Moments later we pulled into this really adorable park. He then parked the car in a clear open area.
“Awh a park?”
“Yep a park with a mini golf course.”
“Oh m gosh, I love mini golf. How did you know?”
“Claudia helped me out a bit.”
“Oh really?” I raised an eyebrow.
He chuckled. “Yep now come on let’s get golfing.”
We got out of the truck and picked out our club and ball. As we made our way over to the course, I couldn’t help but check my phone.
“Expecting a call?”
I shrugged. He stopped walking and took a hold of my left hand.
“What’s up Sevie?”
I sighed. “Well on the drive here, my ‘older brother’ texted me asking for one of my best friends.”
“You mean like Axel and them?”
I shook my head. “No. this friend I’ve known much longer than Axel and Matt.”
“Oh. Is something wrong with him?”
“That’s just the thing, I don’t know. I’m really worried about him.”
“Everything will be alright Sevie. I don’t think your older brother would want you to worry.”
I sighed again. “Yea I guess you’re right.”
He then pulled me into a hug. His hug was just so…wow. I felt like I could melt at any second. What seemed like hours were only minutes. We pulled apart and just looked at each other. I could feel my face heat up. I quickly looked away so he wouldn’t see. I then heard Jonathan chuckle. I felt his warm hand against my cheek as he slowly turned my face towards his. I saw him lean forward so I panicked and closed my eyes. Oh my gosh, he’s gonna kiss me… Suddenly I left something warm press against my forehead. I quickly opened my eyes just as he was pulling away. Jonathan looked down at me and smiled.
“Let’s get to golfing before the sun goes down. There’s still one more place I gotta take you to.”
I nodded slowly as he led the way to the first hole on the course. I placed my head on my forehead as I slightly trailed behind.
