Throwing Punches
The question isn't if you will survive, because in all likeliness you will. The question isn't if it will leave you with emotional damage or really any other kind of damage. The question is how many days until you are set free.
Haven Yard was opened with the intent of helping troubled children achieve perfection and become model adults. For the first few years that's what it did, taking in children of all ages and releasing 18 year olds to be doctors, lawyers, and other such things.
It wasn't long before the site became a test house for the psychology behind rebellion and perfection. The occasional murders weren't important, neither were the rapes and beatings. The place could leave you with permanent mental damage and no one cared.
To be sent there was to be wished away by your family.
And for Peanut, thats exactly what happened.
